Four More North Carolina Judges Resign Over Refusal To Conduct Same-Sex Weddings

Same-sex marriage

Since gay marriage was legalized in North Carolina on Oct. 10, at least six North Carolina judges have resigned from their benches because they do not want to go against their Christian faith and conduct wedding ceremonies for same-sex couples.

While it was reported last week that Rockingham County magistrate John Kallam Jr. and Swain County magistrate Gilbert Breedlove resigned from their positions because of the legalization of gay marriage, media reports have surfaced indicating that at least four other magistrates have done the same.

All six magistrates, Kallam, Breedlove, Bill Stevenson (Gaston County), Tommy Holland (Graham County), Gayle Myrick (Union County) and Jeff Powell (Jackson County) say they are waiting on God to give them direction in starting the next phases of their lives.

Spain’s security chief:Isis wants to spread Ebola

Isis wants to spread Ebola: security chief

Spain’s state secretary for security, Francisco Martínez, has told Congress that jihadists with connections to the extremist force Isis have discussed on internet forums how they could use Ebola as a weapon against the United States and the West in general.

Speaking on Wednesday in the congressional Interior Committee, Martínez pointed to internet conversations of this kind as proof that jihadists treat cyberspace as “an extension of the battlefield”.

The state secretary said that it was necessary to combat the online challenge posed by extremists’ use of the internet, explaining that terrorist groups have identified six objectives in their online activities: “Threatening enemies through propaganda, preparing operations, exchanging information, ideological training, recruiting new members and acquiring finance”.

Man Caught Stealing Delaware Campaign Signs Turns Himself In

/ KDDE

On Wednesday, a video surfaced of a man caught stealing Republican campaign signs in Middletown, Del.

“We got you taking those signs,” First State Liberty representatives, who filmed the video, said. “You’re stealing those signs, put ‘em back. That is theft.”

“No it’s not,” the man stealing the signs said. “There is no name on these signs.”

“Yes there are, right here,” the FSL cameraman said. “Property of the Republican Party.”

On Thursday, 54-year-old Dana Long turned himself into the Middletown Police Department Headquarters in response to a warrant for Class A misdemeanor theft, according to a news release from the police department.

Long, the husband of state Sen. Bethany Hall-Long, was processed and was video arraigned. He was given an unsecured bail of $250 and released.

WEAPONIZING THE GOVERNMENT

Sentience

From BattlefieldUSA:

Me? I won’t do it. I will NOT vote for a republican, much less a democrat. If that means I don’t vote, then I don’t vote. For to many people, they think that as long as they don’t vote for the devil himself, and vote for his demons… they voted a principle. A vote for the devils minions, is a vote for the devil himself.

But then again…

Population statistics reveal that Muslims make up less than 1% of the American population. Government statistics recently showed that the homosexual population makes up 1.6% of the American population.

Let those numbers sink in. Why do both groups make Christians cower and run for cover?

Government doesn’t fear Christianity because American Christians no longer fear God. Christians have tamed God. They have domesticated Him. The Lion no longer roars…He meows. Jesus has become as compliant as the family’s pet.

The answer is easy and obvious. It is a four letter word…FEAR

Intrusive irrelevance of the State …

Walden Pond.jpg

I went to the woods because I wished to live deliberately, to front only the essential facts of life…

It is a surprising and memorable, as well as valuable experience, to be lost in the woods…

One afternoon, near the end of the first summer, when I went to the village … I was seized and put into jail, because … I did not pay a tax to, or recognize the authority of the State which buys and sells men, women, and children, like cattle, at the door of its senate-house.

I had gone down to the woods for other purposes.  But wherever a man goes, men will pursue and paw him with their dirty institutions, and, if they can, constrain him to belong to their desperate odd-fellow society.

It is true, I might have resisted forcibly with more or less effect, might have run “amok” against society; but I preferred that society should run “amok” against me, it being the desperate party.

I was never molested by any person but those who represented the State.

Multiple NC Campaign Workers Willing to Aid Non-Citizen With Felony Kay Hagan Votes

From YouTube:

A stunning undercover video exposes a reckless disregard of election law in North Carolina. Multiple campaign operatives and workers, both democrats and republicans, encourage felony voter fraud.

A Project Veritas Action operative poses as an enthusiastic wanna-be voter, who also happens to be a non U. S. citizen. When she asks campaign managers and other campaign operatives if it is okay if she votes they all say yes, no problem.

Greg Amick, Campaign Manager for Mecklenburg County Sheriff hopeful Irwin Carmichael, says, ‘it shouldn’t be an issue at all.” Martin Kelly, the father of Superior Court Judge candidate David Kelly adds, “If they registered her, then she can’t get in trouble. All they can do is say no. They can’t do anything else.”

The Triangle area video; different scenario, comes out on Monday.

Apple CEO Tim Cook comes out: ‘I’m proud to be gay’

Apple CEO Tim Cook: 'I'm proud to be gay'

I doubt there will be any backlash on what I would consider to be blasphemy. Mr. Cook’s pride in being a homosexual shows two sins: sexual immorality and pride.

Romans 1:26-28

For this reason God gave them up to dishonorable passions. For their women exchanged natural relations for those that are contrary to nature; and the men likewise gave up natural relations with women and were consumed with passion for one another, men committing shameless acts with men and receiving in themselves the due penalty for their error.

And since they did not see fit to acknowledge God, God gave them up to a debased mind to do what ought not to be done.

If  Mr. Cook had any knowledge of the Bible, he would also know that homosexuality is not one of God’s gifts.

SECRET SERVICE SABO INTERVIEW?

While entertaining, this story is disturbing for two reasons:

1. Why is the secret service investigating an artist for political comments?

2. Is this how two secret service agents dress to conduct an official interview on behalf of the country?

I hope that this is just a prank from Sabo.

GRNC Alert 10-29-14: State Fair Gun Ban Claims Three Victims

Today GRNC President Paul Valone issued the following open letter to NC Agriculture Commissioner Steve Troxler who implemented an illegal ban of handgun carry during this year’s state fair. In a painful irony that is attracting national media attention, three attendees became victims of an armed robbery walking to their car after attending the fair.
An open letter to North Carolina Agriculture Commissioner Steve Troxler
Dear Commissioner Troxler:

So much has happened since last we spoke. Since then, as we both know, an activist judge sanctioned your willful misinterpretation of N.C.G.S. 14-415.23, allowing you to prohibit lawful concealed carry at the state fair.

When concealed carry at the fair was under debate, GRNC pointed out that ostensibly “gun free” zones actually attract sociopaths and criminals who know potential victims are disarmed. Indeed, of mass shootings in the United States since 1958, all but two have taken place in “victim disarmament zones.”

At a highly publicized press conference, you responded that you would have more than two hundred armed law enforcement officers inside the fair, to which we noted that your prohibition would still leave concealed handgun permit-holders defenseless in parking areas surrounding the fairground.

When your security chief, Joel Keith, was asked at yet another press conference whether disarmed fair-goers could receive armed escorts to their vehicles, he responded in the affirmative. Unfortunately, that promise was carried out only reluctantly, and only when people demanded it. Worse, the metal detectors you promised for fair entrances were used only sporadically, as numerous fairgoers have reported.

Sometimes, I hate to be right: Three of the people you purported to protect were robbed at gun point. That’s right, Commissioner Troxler; in case you haven’t heard, here is an early account from WTVD:

“Raleigh police are looking for two armed men who robbed three people at gunpoint late Saturday night near the North Carolina State University Club.

“Police say the victims were robbed around 11:35 p.m. as they were walking back to their vehicles on Hillsborough Street after leaving the North Carolina State Fair. Fortunately, no one was injured.

“The suspects drove off in a tan or cream-colored Lincoln. They’re described as two black males, one wearing a gray-hooded sweatshirt, one wearing a black-hooded sweatshirt and each armed with handguns.” [Emphasis added]

Where were your law enforcement officers when these innocent people were victimized, Commissioner Troxler? What if the criminals hadn’t just robbed them, but murdered them as well? One of the suspects is in custody but, of course, that would be far too late to help the victims.

Consider that by holding press conferences and announcing to the world that fair-goers would be disarmed, you also declared open season on them by informing violent predators that their victims would be defenseless. Indeed, you and Superior Court Judge Donald Stephens should count yourselves fortunate that nobody was killed.

Even before our involvement, word of your failure to follow through on protecting the fair-goers you disarmed is spreading throughout the gun rights community nationwide. Perhaps you should convene another press conference … this time, to issue an apology.

Respectfully,

F. Paul Valone

President, Grass Roots North Carolina

The Imbecilic Notion of Limited Government by Bill Buppert

I think I have written enough over the years about the gulag totalitarian state that everyone enjoys calling America. I’ve published a book that speaks to the imbecility of limited government and its brain-dead adherents. Mind you, I used to be paralyzed from the neck up myself and believed in the nonsense of voting, limited government and the distinct possibility that if we got just the right humans in office, we’d skip down the yellow brick road with no need for anything while politicians would spew magic fairy dust out of their asses and we’d think it was air freshener.

But, no, grown ups have discovered that all politicians are psychopaths and sociopaths; it is only the parasite class of the political nomenklatura who continue to be the nation’s largest gathering of adult toddlers outside of Hollywood.

So if you haven’t read my book, I wanted to provide the reader’s digest version of why limited government is impossible. There is no historical precedent whatsoever east or west of a statist entity arising out of the ashes of the latest secessionist movement and able to control the size it grows to as the cancer of the state metastasizes with time. None. Revolution either wholly transforms an existing government or rends chunks of an existing polity into another totalitarian aspirant in its embryonic stages squealing to grow into the abomination that is government today and has been government always.
