Iraq Is Lost

The finger pointing has started for whom to blame for the loss of Iraq to al Qaeda and the possible formation of the next caliphate. The administration is now blaming the CIA. More misdirection that never stops? I wonder what would have happened if the pResident would have attended his security briefings?

The GITMO scandal, Benghazi coverup, the immigration disaster, the VA administration and any one of multiple state department failures are all signs of a federal government that is imploding. And it will not recover in any form which resembles our intended republic.

CIA Under Fire for Failure in Iraq

The CIA failed to provide adequate warning of the recent Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant military incursion into Iraq despite having a significant presence of agency officers in the country, according to U.S. officials and security analysts.

Critics of the agency said the intelligence failure was made worse by a failure of the Obama administration to recognize the threat posed to the country by the ISIL, which last week renamed itself simply the Islamic State (IS) and declared its captured territory in Syria and Iraq is now a “caliphate.”

The so-called caliphate region is under harsh Islamic law and led by IS leader Abu Bakr al Baghdadi as its “caliph” or Islamic leader.

Obama Seeks $2B for ‘Urgent’ Border Crisis

$2 billion divided by 50,000 children = $40,000 per child. That is enough for food, clothes and college.

Burner Phones from a SIGINT Perspective

One definition of Operations Security (OPSEC) is the protection of critical information. It’s probably safe to say that freedom fighters who find themselves operating in a semi-permissive or non-permissive environment and conducting security missions against a tyrannical regime would consider their personal identities, the location of their homes, the identities of their closest friends and business associates, among other information, critical information worthy of protection under OPSEC.

Let’s talk baseline. Every single place you go, the roads and sidewalk you take to get there, and every single person or business you call is your baseline. Time of day is a dimension in each of these things as well.

From the FBI Program, Resource and Service Guide for Chiefs and Sheriffs:

“The FBI Wireless Intercept and Tracking Teams: Agents available to assist … law Enforcement Partners with historical cell data, conduct in-depth historical cell phone analysis, as well as track cell phone data in real time to identify locations of a suspect(s)’ or a victim(s)’ cell phone.”

Bulgarian central bank calls for jail time after bank runs require emergency liquidity

national-bank-of-bulgariaThe Bulgarian Central Bank

The Bulgarian National Bank today called on the country’s authorities to update the penal code to imprison anyone found guilty of spreading malicious rumours about the country’s financial system, following another weekend of turmoil in the country’s banks.

The Bulgarian government stepped in over the weekend to shore up the banking system after a second bank was subject to a run on deposits on Friday. The central bank today said the liquidity provision had helped overcome the problems in the system, which is now “functioning normally”.

After a run on Corporate Commercial Bank (CCB) on June 20, another bank – First Investment Bank – was subject to a similar run last Friday precipitated by “an epidemic of rumours and malicious public statements”, carried out “to destabilise the country” through an “organised attack on Bulgarian banks without any reason”, according to the Bulgarian National Bank (BNB)

SCOTUS: Americans Don’t Surrender Their Freedom When They Open a Family Business

While most rationale people feel this is a victory for American values, do not be lulled into complacency. This was a narrow victory in what should have been a unanimous decision.

David DeGerolamo

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Anthony Hahn, the president and CEO of Conestoga Wood Specialties, one of the companies challenging Obamacare’s contraception mandate, said his legal battle wasn’t for his company alone.
“We wholeheartedly affirm what the Supreme Court made clear today — that Americans don’t have to surrender their freedom when they open a family business. All Americans, including family business owners, must be free to live and work according to their beliefs without fear of government punishment.”
Hahn said for his family and like-minded Americans, the government must respect “our freedom not to participate in the distribution of drugs and devices that can cause an abortion.”
The 5-4 opinion, written by Justice Samuel Alito, says the government failed to show that the contraception mandate is the least restrictive means of advancing its interest in guaranteeing access to free birth control.
Russia Reveals “Plan B”: Gazprom Says Gas Transit Via Ukraine May Be Stopped Completely
A few days ago, when we wrote our “explainer” on the need for Russia to have an alternative pathway for its gas, one which bypasses Ukraine entirely and as the current “South Stream” framework is set up, crosses the Black Sea and enters Bulgaria before passing Serbia and Hungary on the way to the Central European energy hub located in Baumgarten, Austria, we said that “one short month after Putin concluded the Holy Grail deal with Beijing, he not only managed to formalize his conquest of Europe’s energy needs with yet another pipeline, one which completely bypasses Ukraine (for numerous reasons but mostly one: call it a Plan B), but scored a massive political victory by creating a fissure in the heart of the Eurozone, after Austria openly defied its European peers and sided with Putin.”
Graphic: Execution of Christians
I could say that it is time to put on the armor of God. But until this happens in our own country, we will not fight back. We will not even acknowledge the evil known as Islam. We will make excuses for our inaction and the actions of our “leaders”.
Got Faith?
Martin Armstrong Warns Civil Unrest Is Rising Everywhere: “This Won’t End Pretty”
Russell Brand
The greatest problem we have is misinformation. People simply do not comprehend why and how the economic policies of the post-war era are imploding. This whole agenda of socialism has sold a Utopian idea that the State is there for the people yet it is run by lawyers following their own self-interest. The pensions created for those in government drive the cost of government up exponentially with time. The political forces blame the rich and this merely creates a class warfare with no resolution for the future. Even confiscating all the wealth of the so-called rich will not sustain the system. Consequently, we just have to crash and burn and start all over again.
The Guardian reported that some 50,000 people marched in London to protest against austerity. They cried: “Who is really responsible for the mess this country is in? Is it the Polish fruit pickers or the Nigerian nurses? Or is it the bankers who plunged it into economic disaster – or the tax avoiders? It is selective anger.”
The exploitation by the bankers has been really a disaster. They have been their own worst enemy and in the end, they have become the symbol that inspires class warfare if not revolution. They are not the representatives of those who produce jobs. They are merely those who wanted to trade with other people’s money for free. When they win, it is their’s, but any losses are passed to the taxpayers. Bankers should be bankers – not hedge fund managers who keep 100% of the profits using other people’s savings.
Border Patrol Agent: ‘If the Administration Says This Isn’t Amnesty, Don’t Believe Them’
spratte, border patrol
Albert Spratte, the sergeant-at-arms of the National Border Patrol Council, Local 3307 in the Rio Grande Valley, said the Obama administration is largely to blame for waves of  illegal immigrants that have been flooding the Southwest U.S. border since February, saying the government opened the door for the crisis by making it “clear they’re not going to deport people.”
Spratte, who was speaking with CNSNews.com as a representative of theunion, further said “we don’t have control of the border,” and if the Obama administration claims it is not in effect giving amnesty to the illegals, then “don’t believe them.”
Also, by allowing so many young illegal aliens to be released into this country, “the U.S. government has become a part of the smuggling business,” he said.
Big Problem
There is at the very least the suggestion that the White House was involved in the Internal Revenue Service decision to target conservative groups which were Obama’s political enemies. If it turns out that that premise is totally inaccurate, we have even bigger problems.
If the White House had no involvement in the IRS decision to target conservative groups and the tax folks made the decision internally, then we have a bureaucracy that has become completely rogue. When we couple that with the fact that we have no viable Justice Department to enforce anything of substance, the implications are unimaginable.
Presidents can come and go every four years or sooner. Once a bureaucracy is instituted, it is with us forever —unfortunately, so is the employees. When considered objectively, bureaucracy is a self-sustaining entity that feeds on itself. The IRS “lost” the e mails of Lois Learner, and then they lost the e mails of six other employees, who were under investigation by a House Committee. Next they destroyed the hard drives which contained the e mails, and then they terminated the services of the company who stored the IRS backup information. Even people who believe in Santa Claus would have a problem with that story. Nah, these are probably just unfortunate coincidences — fortunate if you have something to hide.
A HUD spokesman told USA Today that “his department’s low dismissal rate —providing a 99.85 percent job security rate for employees —shows a skilled and committed workforce.” That would mean that only .15 of 1 percent leave voluntarily or were terminated —I do agree that some within the workforce no doubt should be committed. In 2010 the 168,000 federal workers in Washington, DC had a retention rate of 99.74 percent.
Meet the Man Who Will Be In Charge of the UN Takeover of America
Meet your soon-to-be new United Nations Governor. He orchestrated the Gulf crisis and now he will be "managing" the border crisis.
In Part One, I detailed how the United Nations is posturing to seize American guns as a prelude to martial law. If you have have not read Part One, it will be helpful to do so before reading the rest of this article.
Any police detective will tell you that it is sometimes necessary to look at the facts of an old crime in order to solve a new crime. If one wants to understand the forces at work which are posturing to enslave America, one has to first take a summary look at the forces behind the so-called Gulf Oil Spill because many of the players, one in particular, will prominently figure in what is coming.
The Genesis of Our Present Demise
Before we can solve the soon-to-be-crime in which the UN completes its pre-positioning of its assets and moves to seize American guns and impose martial law under the umbrella of a completely manufactured crisis, we need to take a retrospective peek at what happened in the Gulf Oil Spill.
Real facts on border surge of illegal minors, and solutions
Immigration is not complicated in general but it can become complicated, confusing, and at times emotional.  Our opponents to real immigration enforcement and reform play the emotional card on a routine basis because facts are not on their side.  I decided to gather even more data and facts than usual about the surge of illegal alien minors to our southern border, before commenting.  President Obama plans more end-runs around enforcing our immigration laws and may send illegal aliens and minors from the recent border surge to North Carolina…….
The problem began not because of political strife and fear in the primary sending countries of El Salvador, Honduras, and Guatemala as promoted by the Obama Administration, but instead because of weak enforcement of our immigration laws, a loosening of assylum procedures pushed by the Obama administration within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and actual amnesties (i.e. DACA, etc) implemented unconstitutionally by President Obama and his ink pen.  Honduran President Juan Hernandez recently said, “border crossers believe they can get amnesty……..and Obama adminstration rhetoric provides this belief”.
Below is recent testimony from the U.S. House Judiciary committe on this matter:
A May 28, 2014, Rio Grande Valley (RGV) Sector Intelligence Report tells a story that is strikingly different than the claimed humanitarian crisis the Administration paints as responsible for the surge.  The report summarized interviews conducted with hundreds of apprehended Central Americans minors and quite frankly paints a very different picture of the situation.
According to the report, when these individuals were asked why they made the journey to the United States, approximately 95% indicated that the main reason was to take advantage of the “new” U.S. “law” that grants a “free pass” or permit (referred to as “permisos”) being issued by the U.S. government to women traveling with minors and unaccompanied alien minors. While no new law has been enacted, the truth is that the Administration has dramatically altered immigration enforcement policies.  The timing of the change in policies correlates closely with the steep uptick of individuals showing up at the border.  Apparently, word has gotten out that once encountered by Border Patrol agents and processed, thanks to this Administration’s lax enforcement policies, one will likely never be removed.
