Father Of Soldier Who Obama Released, Declares Muslim Victory Call, And Obama Smiles As Soon As He Hears The War Cry Of Allah

httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yBrp0VDUvjA

While the Obama administration is proudly touting how it was able to free an American soldier who was captured by the Taliban, what no one picked is the fact that Obama SMILED as soon as he heard the most famous war cry of Islam, “bismillah al-rahman al-rahim,” Arabic for “in the name of Allah the most gracious, the most merciful.”

The “basmallah” is the Islamic expression for victory and only indicates that Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl’s father is a Muslim.

How A Science Experiment Got A Student Arrested

httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cX8l7FTyHgM

From YouTube:

This is the story of Kiera Wilmot, who in her efforts to further her education, found herself caught up in the school-to-prison pipeline — arrested for a science experiment due to unfair disciplinary policies run without reason or conscious. While Kiera was eventually allowed to return to school and will graduate from high school in June 2014, no student should have to go through what she went through just to explore her love of science.

Confirmation Bias Ruins Lives

Guerrillamerica

by Sam Culper III

Confirmation bias is one of the biases humans – even intelligence analysts – are prone to make.  When we get a hunch, and we convince ourselves that a hunch is a truth, then we’re liable to be making an error resulting from our own confirmation bias.

And here’s an illustration of confirmation bias in action.

On March 11, 2004, Al-Qaeda-inspired terrorists coordinated a massive bombing of the Madrid commuter train system during the morning rush hour, killing 193 people and wounding approximately 1,800. Two latent fingerprints recovered during the investigation on a bag of detonators by the Spanish National Police (SNP) were shared with the FBI through Interpol. When the prints were run through the bureau’s database, it returned 20 possible matches for one of the fingerprints, one of whom was Brandon Mayfield. A former U.S. Army platoon leader, Mayfield was now an attorney specializing in child custody, divorce and immigration law in Portland, Ore. His prints were in the FBI system because of Mayfield’s military service as well as an arrest two decades earlier because of a misunderstanding. The charges were later dropped.

Retribution

christian mercenary

by T.L. Davis

The past few weeks have been a time of serious re-evaluation. One might only endure a certain amount of outrage before the term loses its meaning; before the outrage becomes merely rage with no means of expression that will not move that line of demarcation between action and consequence to the fore.

I have not revealed my philosophy concerning the coming counter-revolution in the past simply because it would classify me as one thing or another. People always draw the wrong conclusions. They leap headlong into a definition that suits their opinions and always to the detriment of actual understanding. Karl Popper, an Austrian philosopher and economics professor said a few things that strike me as true, one of them is the statement: Always remember that it is impossible to speak in such a way that you cannot be misunderstood. The other is this: You can choose whatever name you like for the two types of government. I personally call the type of government which can be removed without violence Democracy and the other Tyranny.

Climate change

Friend —

I just proposed a plan that cuts carbon pollution from existing power plants 30 percent by 2030.

That’s a responsible, common-sense step to address climate change.

But we’re already getting intense opposition from polluters and special interests who like things the way they are.

OFA is fighting back to show there’s broad support for these new EPA standards. If you want action to combat climate change, you can add your name today.

Climate change is happening, and it’s happening now. As a president and as a father, I feel a moral responsibility to do something about it. The world our children grow up in depends on what we do today.

Carbon pollution is threatening our health right now. Over half of all Americans already live in areas where air pollution too often makes it unhealthy to breathe — it’s time to cut carbon pollution the same way we already regulate toxic chemicals in our air.

Modernizing our power plants so they pollute less will also spark homegrown clean energy innovation, creating jobs and growing our economy.

I’m not going to wait to take action on this.

Right now, big polluters are going to do everything they can to derail this momentum. They’ve been fighting these EPA standards since before they were even announced.

Your voice on this issue is the most powerful thing you’ve got in this fight. I need you to use it.

OFA is stepping up and gathering names in support of these EPA standards — you can add your name:

Thanks,

Barack Obama

Back to Court – These Patriots Need Your Help!

Dear Friends of Liberty,

Should a system of government be able to prove it has lawful jurisdiction over the people of the several states? Did post-war Reconstruction nationalize American citizenship and subjugate our states, leading us to where we are today? These are questions we’re trying to answer.
AND HERE’S WHY WE NEED YOUR HELP…
This month, two of our state citizens, Jerry Plemmons and Milo Townsend will be heading into courtrooms to challenge the lawfulness of the de facto state of North Carolina, and demand that the state prove its jurisdiction before proceeding to the merits of their respective cases.
Please take a look at the details of these two appearances below and consider making a contribution.

**Reminder – Meeting This Saturday, June 7th
Remember also that our monthly meeting is coming up this Saturday, 11am-1pm. Our meetings take place at the Golden Corral Restaurant on 120 Gallery Center Drive in Mooresville, NC (Hwy 150 at Exit 36). These state meetings are open to the public and we welcome your attendance.

A word from Jerry: “This is my third appearance for this matter. I am unable to obtain a court reporter, so would like to ask for witnesses to attend. I have attempted to establish communication this past week, but the ADA is making this difficult by refusing to provide an email address on account that I am not an attorney.”
Help Jerry in his fight by providing…

Donations – Pledge $25, $50, or $100 to Jerry’s case.

Milo Townsend

June 10, 2014, 9:30AM

Location:
Stanly County Court House
District Court Room, 4th Floor
201 S 2nd St
Albemarle, NC 28001
Get Directions

Charges: No tags, no insurance, no inspection, resisting and delaying an officer
Challenge: Jurisdiction

A word from Milo:

“I primarily would like to have attendees present to take notes (cell phones aren’t allowed in the Stanly County court house while court is in session) and witness the proceedings. It would be nice to have people who can give an account of what happens and how the court and the state respond to my challenge. Because of finances, time and the reluctance of court reporters to document our cases now, I wasn’t able to secure one that was affordable and available on that date.”
“My Notice of Challenge to the Jurisdiction of the State, together with the supporting Memorandum of Law, were served to the DA’s office in our county last month, and the Judge who continued the case then indicated that the State would need the time to prepare a response to my Challenge. I hope to receive a serious response, which I can then evaluate and prepare a counter-response if need be.”

Help Milo in his fight by providing…

Witnesses – Get directions to courthouse.
Donations – Pledge $25, $50, or $100 to Jerry’s case.

This Is How Liberty Dies

httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V1FFVWEQnSM

As Liberty dies under the crushing weight of pResidential tyranny, the opposition is offering little resistance. Whether laws are dictated by executive order or an alphabet agency mandate, Congress has become irrelevant. Obama ignores the law as he frees five top Islamist terrorists without Congressional approval as required by law. But then a Republic without the rule of law is just a facade for a dictatorship. History will record whether the next conflict is a Civil War or a Revolution. As long as we regain our Liberty, does it make a difference as long as our children become free once more?

EPA Proposal Draws Fire From United Republicans, Some Democrats

Republicans pounced on President Barack Obama‘s plan to reduce carbon emissions by 30% by 2030 as a job-killing sop to his environmental donors, while Democrats ran the gamut from embracing the Environmental Protection Agency’s rule to quickly backing away from it.

The split between the unified GOP and split Democratic Party exemplifies the differences in the two parties in 2014. Republicans are rock solid in opposition to green regulations that may slow the economy—and more broadly to most anything Mr. Obama proposes. But Democrats find themselves choosing from Mr. Obama’s policies like an a la carte menu—embracing the ones that work back home while criticizing the ones that don’t.

Mullah Omar hails release of 5 top Taliban commanders as ‘great victory’

Taliban-5-Bergdahl-Swap-1.jpg

Mullah Norullah Noori, a senior Taliban military commander. According to a leaked JTF-GTMO file, Noori has been “wanted by the United Nations (UN) for possible war crimes including the murder of thousands of Shiite Muslims.” He fought alongside al Qaeda in pre-9/11 Afghanistan.

Mullah Omar, the reclusive head of the Taliban, has purportedly released a statement hailing the transfer of the top five Taliban commanders from Guantanamo to Qatar. Omar says their freedom is a “great victory.”

The five Taliban leaders were exchanged for Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl, who has been held by the Taliban since 2009.

copy of the statement attributed to Omar has been posted on the Taliban’s Urdu-language web site.

Omar thanks the government of Qatar, as well as its emir, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad, for his help in brokering the deal and for hosting the Taliban leaders. In earlier statements, both President Barack Obama and Secretary of State John Kerry similarly thanked Qatar for its assistance.

Omar offers his “heartfelt congratulations to the entire Afghan Muslim nation,” including “all the mujahideen and to the families and relatives of the prisoners for this great victory.”

How many deaths will be on the pResident’s hands by the release of these terrorists? This is why Obama is not and will never be my President. The people and military who recognize this pResident as the commander-in-chief are not Americans.

SWAT locks down California school for 4 hours during class-by-class weapons search

(Source: CBS Los Angeles)

Students at a California high school were forced to hunker down as SWAT teams with weapons drawn searched their entire campus for weapons.   The effort included a warrantless search of students’ vehicles, lockers, backpacks, and classrooms.  The long 4-hour detention reportedly forced some students to urinate in darkened classrooms.

* * * * *

The security frenzy took place on Thursday, May 29th, 2014, at Dana Hills High School in Dana Point, California.

The dramatic measures were not taken because of a threat, nor an act of violence, nor a crime being committed.  Someone found a carrying case for a firearm in the parking lot — a perfectly legal object that millions of Americans possess.

Panicky school administrators summoned the Orange County Sheriff’s Department around 11:45 a.m. — just before lunch.  Students were immediately locked down and forced to stay detained in their classrooms.

Dozens of officers arrived and brought their $250,000 armored Lenco Bearcat vehicle.  Deputies could be seen suiting up for battle before entering the school.

Afghan president fumes at prisoner deal made behind his back

The Afghan president is angry at being kept in the dark over a deal to free five Taliban leaders in exchange for a captured U.S. soldier, and accuses Washington of failing to back a peace plan for the war-torn country, a senior source said on Monday.

The five prisoners were flown to Qatar on Sunday as part of a secret agreement to release Army Sergeant Bowe Bergdahl, who left Afghanistan for Germany on the same day.

The only known U.S. prisoner of war in Afghanistan, Bergdahl had been held captive for five years.

NY Firearms Maker Kahr Breaks Ground in Pennsylvania for New Factory

Kahr Firearms Group President Justin Moon (left) and Pennsylvania Lt. Gov. Jim Cawley (second from left), break ground on a new factory.

One of several firearms companies upset with restrictions imposed under New York state’s latest anti-gun law broke ground last week on a new factory in central Pennsylvania as part of an exodus of gun manufacturers from the state.

The Kahr Firearms Group held a ceremony in rural Pike Country to mark the beginning of a five-year relocation project on a 620-acre property located about 40 miles east of Scranton.

Kahr was among several firearms manufacturers that last year announced plans to pull out of New York state in the months following Democratic Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s signing into law restrictive anti-gun legislation known as the SAFE Act.

Next up at the ballot box: Undreaming California

Creating the state of California took a revolt that led to the short-lived Bear Republic, a war with Mexico, and various international treaties. Now, some northern natives hope to take it apart, starting with a couple of ballot initiatives.

Tuesday, voters in Del Norte and Tehama Counties will consider a measure calling for separation from California and the formation of a new state. Supporters are hoping to generate momentum for pulling together portions of northern California and southern Oregon into an entity to be called Jefferson. Thomas Jefferson once imagined that part of western North America might develop into a freestanding republic.

Local vexations with state government were cited by Aaron Funk, an aptly named organizer of the movement: “lack of representation, lack of infrastructure, inability to use a lot of our resources.”

Cadbury chocolate cleared in Malaysia after pork scare

1401696308302777400.jpg

Further tests on Cadbury chocolate bars found no traces of pig DNA, a Malaysian minister said Monday, after earlier positive results of the halal-certified confectionaries sparked a scare in several Muslim countries.

Cadbury pulled its Dairy Milk hazelnut and Dairy Milk roast almond products from shelves in Muslim-majority Malaysia last week after a health ministry routine test found the chocolate contained traces of pork.

Pork is strictly banned in Islam, and the test results caused Malaysian Muslim consumer groups to call for a boycott of Cadbury, and Muslim countries Indonesia and Saudi Arabia to start to test the products too.
