April 5th Deadline for Euro Collapse

On March 22nd, the following put was made:

Alert: 900 Million Euro PUT, Betting That The Euro will crash within 2 weeks, Rocks the FX Market

The two week deadline for the collapse of the Euro is Friday, April 5th. If the Euro does not crash by Friday, then someone is out almost 1 billion Euros or over 1.1 billion dollars. I doubt that anyone would risk this amount of money without insider knowledge. But then stranger things are happening: people still have money in 1’s and 0’s.

Italy Goes “Cyprus” On Sicilian Mafia, Seizes Record $1.7 Billion In Cash And Assets

Think only Cyprus is where the government goes after “evil”, tax-evading oligarchs? Think again. Overnight news broke that the Italian police have seized a record $1.7 billion in cash and property from a single person, a Sicilian “alternative energy” entrepreneur alleged to have close ties to the Mafia. As Bloomberg reports, Italy’s anti-Mafia investigators said in a statement today that Vito Nicastri, a 57-year-old native of Alcamo, near Trapani, was placed under surveillance and must remain in Alcamo for three years. He is accused of declaring for tax purposes a fraction of the value of his businesses. Italian media have dubbed Nicastri the “king of alternative energy” for his vast holdings in wind farms and photovoltaic cell companies. Police said the seizures include 43 companies; 98 pieces of real estate including buildings, homes, stores and land; 66 bank accounts, credit cards and investment funds.

Watching (or rewatching) the first two minutes of this video shows that our path to tyranny was clearly seen in 1958. The question is how did we not stop it?

More Propaganda from Leo Gerard

As written earlier, Leo Gerard is one of the masterminds orchestrating our economic collapse and march to Socialism. As with Jamie Dimon, most people do not know anything about this domestic enemy. The propaganda piece below by Gerard outlines a litany of cuts that the Republicans are responsible for:

So far, Republicans haven’t wailed about cuts to programs for struggling families such as unemployment benefits, public housing, daycare aid for poor working women, the home heating help called LIHEAP, or the food assistance called WIC that impoverished mothers use to feed their babies.

In a nation where few people realize that Obama is responsible for sequestration, shifting blame through propaganda works. The end result is that these domestic enemies not only achieve their goals, they are heralded as saviors by vilifying their opposition. An accounting will never happen if people do not know who their enemies are.

Israel launches airstrikes on Gaza; first since truce

Smoke from airstrike in Gaza Strip

Smoke from airstrike in Gaza Strip

The IAF launched airstrikes on the Palestinian Gaza Strip on Tuesday, the first such attack since a truce ended an eight-day cross-border war in November.

“Occupation planes bombarded an open area in northern Gaza, there were no wounded,” a statement from the Hamas Interior Ministry said. The IDF confirmed that it had launched airstrikes on a two terror targets in northern Gaza and recorded direct hits.

The airstrike followed the firing of a Palestinian projectile from Gaza  which exploded in southern Israel’s Eshkol region on Tuesday. The explosion occurred in an open area, and did not cause any injuries.

North Korea: The larger picture

by Doug Hagmann

The drums of war are beating, but nearly everyone is being fooled by the direction of their echo. While the situation involving North Korea is indeed serious, information provided by my military and intelligence sources are telling me to advise others to look elsewhere to accurately pinpoint the location of the drums themselves.

While their location might surprise most, it should send a chill down the spines of us all. We have front-row center seats to the greatest magic show of our time, which consists of aseries of acts in the run-up to World War III.

To understand what is taking place with North Korea, as always, we must look at the larger picture. In this case, one’s understanding can be aided by putting the situation with North Korea in the context of a global magic show where North Korea serves as the magician’s distraction, perhaps the pretty assistant engaged in a series of moves to divert our attention away from the sleight of hand of the magician that makes the trick successful.

Their intent is to usher in a global currency and with it, a global governance. After all, the old adage of “he who owns the gold, rules” applies here. And look who actually owns the gold. Has anyone been able to audit our own gold reserves, those reportedly held in Fort Knox and under the watchful eyes of the U.S. Treasury and Federal Reserve?

Busted.. Cyprus Was Just The Preamble

by Reggie Middleton

Here come’s the next bank surprise. This bank, which is still trading in the US/Ireland and is still accepting deposits and making loans, appears to have some pretty fishy underpinnings. For paid subcribers, I’ve posted another potentially “Cyprus’d” EU bank with shortable US/LSE traded shares/options for subscribers, reference EU Bank Capital Confusion, Part 2 – Malarkey (you may subscribe here). As was the case in my last post, if you have believe that the information below actually identifies a gross misrepresentation of fact, omission or outright fraud, simply contact the SEC and let them know that Reggie Middleton suggested they look into it. You can actually use this form to convery my message. Let’s start by excerpting the history of the country in question from yesterday’s post, “Global Banking Crisis – How & Why YOU Will Get “Cyprus’d” As This Bank Scrambled For Capital!!!“.

Pick Your Trigger

The news concerning the violation of our 2nd amendment rights has taken center stage. Pick your trigger:

  • UN Arms Treaty
  • State bans on certain firearms
  • No Ammunition
  • MRAPs
  • DHS and other associated alphabet agencies buying massive amounts of ammunition
  • State bans on magazines

Keep your eyes on the number of baskets the president made. Ignore North Korea, China, Iran, Israel, Afghanistan, Northern Africa, Syria, and al Qaeda. Ignore Cyprus, Spain, Portugal, Slovenia, Greece, Ireland and Italy.

UN adopts Obama-backed arms trade treaty opposed by the NRA

The Obama administration joined 153 other nations Tuesday in approving an arms trade treaty opposed by the U.S. gun lobby.

Adoption of the treaty sets up a showdown between the White House and Congress, where a majority of senators have called on the president not to sign the treaty because it regulates small arms.

A Good Indication That Things Are About to Happen?

Last year, I posted an article from Doug Hagmann which had a reference to the upcoming economic collapse. At the end of the original source article, a warning sign was given:

DH: How soon do you see things taking place?

RB: They already are in motion. If you’re looking for a date I can’t tell you. Remember, the objectives are the same, but plans, well, they adapt. They exploit. Watch how this fiscal cliff thing plays out. This is the run-up to the next big economic event.

I can’t give you a date. I can tell you to watch things this spring. Start with the inauguration and go from there. Watch the metals, when they dip. It will be a good indication that things are about to happen. I got that little tidbit from my friend at [REDACTED].

24 hr gold chart

Let’s hope that the huge dip in gold today is not the indication that we were warned about in December.

Democrats propose $10,000 fine for gun owners who don’t have insurance

A contingent of liberal Democrats in Congress is proposing a new federal gun control idea: mandatory liability insurance for gun owners.

When New York Rep. Carolyn Maloney introduced the legislation last month with eight other Democrats, she boasted that it is “the first bill to require liability insurance of gun buyers nationwide.”

Maloney’s “Firearm Risk Protection Act” requires gun buyers to have “a qualified liability insurance policy” before they are able to legally purchase a firearm.

It also calls for the federal government to impose a fine as much as $10,000 if a gun owner doesn’t have insurance on a firearm purchased after the bill goes into effect.

“It shall be unlawful for a person who owns a firearm purchased on or after the effective date of this subsection not to be covered by a qualified liability insurance policy,” the bill text reads.

The bill would also make it a federal crime to sell a firearm to anyone without insurance.

Is DHS Setting Up Local Law Enforcement For Failure?

The past several years the federal government has embarked on a strategy of militarizing the local law enforcement agencies around the country. They have provided the money and equipment to give these agencies the appearance of small military units that act in a manner far removed from the community service of days past. This has pushed many local departments away from the friendly approach they utilized in the past to serve the public interest.

I have seen it myself in the local department where I live. In a county with less than 20,000 people we now have a police force with almost 50 officers and the sheriff wants at least 100 more auxiliary police officers. What all of these police are for in this sparsely populated area has yet to be answered. The sheriff has also made it a point to hire deputies from outside the county to ensure there is no close connection between the police and the local community.

This is exactly what the federal government wants, to ensure the local police will not be in a position to side with locals if anything happens. It is in the governments’ best interest to drive a wedge between the communities and law enforcement. The government is apparently designing a confrontation between citizens and the government and they are using local agencies to assist.

A recent purchase of shooting targets by DHS met with outrage by the population when the pictures on them were discovered to be pregnant women, children and old people. It is now known that the designs were not from the target maker but in fact came from law enforcement. This is how you desensitize people to kill others. You reduce the enemy to nothing more than a paper target to prevent hesitation when the time comes to shoot them.
