About the Connecticut shooting – a solution

We all know the anti-gun people are coming on hard and fast. I don’t intend to carp at them. Instead I’d like to offer a viable solution to the school shooting problem. Here in Buncombe County, a concerned citizen started a petition to place a deputy at every school. We expected the reaction and we got it. The sheriff said there just aren’t the funds for this. We also all know the country, including all local governments, have spent us into oblivion.
How about this (and I think it just may get some votes from the less radical anti-gun people): There are a ton of people in every county who have carry permits. In order to receive such, a person has been checked by law enforcement, has registered and is an extremely responsible gun carrier. Why not ask for volunteers from that group to stand guard at each school. Surely, for the number of schools each county has, there are enough retirees, business people who can spare a day now and then, and generally, any number of people who would be willing to go to a school at least one day a week and stand guard. The argument was put forth that they may not know enough for such duty. My guess would be that the local law enforcement personnel would at least have time to train them as a group on what they would have to do.

Last week, the Azerbaijani police rounded up six Iranian agents who had infiltrated the country and were looking for the air bases where their government housed the drones purchased from Israel. The spies were found in possession of cash, fake passports, automatic pistols, advanced electronic equipment for tracking aircraft and electronic warfare devices for jamming flying vehicles and down them. Questioning the detainees uncovered an Iranian plot to capture one of the Israel-made UAVs as it flew over the Caspian Sea.

Following the arrests, Azerbaijan barred entry to the Iranian culture attaché serving at the embassy in Baku on his return from home leave in Tehran. No valid reason was offered for this step except that his visa had expired. Azerbaijani investigators were able to establish that he was an undercover agent who was running the captured ring.
The episode which triggered the considerable friction between Baku and Tehran surfaced on Dec. 9 when Iran spread through its media allegations that he US and Israel had stepped up their intelligence surveillance of the Astara Rayon region of southeastern Azerbaijan along the Caspian maritime frontier with Iran.

The Americans were claimed to have expanded the coverage of their radar, while Israel was said to have increased the number of Orbiter ultra-light drones spying on the region, as well as using the 10 Hermes-450 UAVs, made in Israel and recently sold to Azerbaijan. According to Iranian sources, the Hermes drones’ spying operations over the Iranian border are guided by Israeli military satellites.

When Will We Be Able to Handle the Truth?

Americans cannot handle the truth. When presented with facts concerning a situation, they attack the messenger. I know.

I was thinking the other day about “what ifs”. What if Mitt Romney had called Obama a liar during the debates? There were multiple lies spouted by the president and Romney did not stand tall and call him out (this is not a fact but an opinion). What if the GOP convention would not have exposed their duplicity? Would it have made a difference in the course of the election? It does not matter: our economic collapse and poor leadership in Washington, D.C. would not have changed. Most people do not have any concept of the magnitude of the national debt, economic manipulation, real estate disaster or most important of all, their loss of Liberty.

KrisAnne Hall has written a piece on truth and liars. Who is the worst liar? The person who is lying to themself. Acknowledge the truth, stand up and fight for Liberty. As for the liars  politicians who are responsible for this country’s situation, we must consider Ms. Hall’s words and “classify yourself by your actions”.

Here are some lies that North Carolina is not addressing?

1. The state constitution is illegal.

2. The 14th amendment was ratified under coercion is not legal.

3. The federal income tax legislation was not ratified legally.

4. The unemployment and inflation rates are manipulated by the federal government.

5. We are still in recession.

The US Treasury, Japan’s Ministry of Finance and Her Majesty’s Treasury jointly announce that the Treasury debt held by the Federal Reserve, Bank of Japan and Bank of England respectively as a consequence of QE purchases are cancelled, and that these central banks will operate with negative equity until further notice. As a consequence, government debt/GDP ratios are brought down by 11pp, 18pp and 25pp, respectively. Ratings agencies love it, as does the bond market – until it realizes that large-scale debt monetization has just taken place, and sells off sharply.

A deal delayed to early 2013 in which politicians compromise because of concerns about financial markets would resolve uncertainty more assuredly than the baseline of stop-gap legislation followed by a plan later in the year. As a consequence, confidence gets a boost, pent-up business investment kicks in and the labour market improves more rapidly.

Shortly before the deployment of two American Patriot missiles manned by 400 US servicemen for defending Turkey against Syria was announced Thursday, Dec. 13, Washington quietly recalled from Syrian waters the USS Eisenhoweraircraft carrier and its strike group and the USS Iwo JimaAmphibious Ready group and the 2,000 Marines on their decks.

This US fleet, now on its way to home base, stayed opposite the Syrian coast from the third week of November ready to take part in direct US intervention in the Syrian conflict.
Now that the American warships are gone, Russia’s Black Sea Fleet task force, which docked at the Syrian port of Tartus on Dec. 5, is the only war fleet remaining around the Syrian coast. According to DEBKAfile’s intelligence sources, the Russian ships came to deliver a large consignment of arms for Bashar Assad’s army, although Russian sources claimed the vessels put into port for minor repairs and refueling.

We were once a nation that accepted the true God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and built its walls on the cornerstone of just men acting in compliance with the moral and spiritual guidance of a just God. Adherence to our spiritual principles and obedience to the laws of God, not man, were necessary to keep evil in chains. We have abandoned our spiritual foundation and not only accepted, but invited evil into our lives under the false pretext of societal tolerance.

Be warned that the clamoring from the ubiquitous cheerleaders of moral equivalence on each side of the perverted political paradigm will increase in intensity and tenor in the coming days. Many will shake their fists at others and shout to the perpetrators of evil, “through your lax laws and love of guns, you allowed this to happen!” They will assail the laws of man and demand immediate change of gun ownership laws to stop a behavior that cannot ever be legislated. Obama White House Pounces On Shooting Distraction – How They Did It…

First, it should be noted that Hillary Clinton was scheduled to answer questions regarding the Benghazi Massacre – an event that a growing number have claimed was at best, the result of rampant incompetence within the Obama administration.  At worst…a crime and cover-up that reaches all the way to Barack Obama himself.  Just a week prior to her scheduled appearance before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, staff close to Secretary Clinton were indicating she may not be able to attend due to “illness”.  Later reports indicated Hillary Clinton fell ill due to food poisoning and still later reports stated the current Secretary of State became dizzy and fainted, suffering a concussion.  These reports said her doctors told her to rest and cancel all work events for the following week.  (Another report stated Mrs. Clinton was never hospitalized though – an odd admission given she reportedly suffered a concussion.)

Clinton then sent word of her (alleged) condition to Chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, John Kerry, and Kerry immediately INSISTED that Secretary Clinton not give testimony “due to her condition”.  Within 48 hours of this decision, sources close to the Obama White House were leaking to the media that John Kerry would be the next Secretary of State – replacing Hillary Clinton.

(Now how many of you are sitting there shaking your heads at this moment?)

As for Barack Obama, he has made no public comments on either Hillary Clinton’s scheduled testimony or John Kerry’s ascension to being the nation’s next Secretary of State, but he did manage a well scripted moment that included wiping away non-existent tears when giving a few words on the Sandy Hook tragedy – all while his cohorts in the media and Democratic Party radicals rushed to use the tragedy to demand the removal of gun rights across the nation.

The secret, one-on-one nuclear negotiations President Barack Obama launched with Iran have run into a blank wall. A senior Iranian team member, Mostafa Dolatyar, said Friday, Dec. 14 in New Delhi that the diplomatic process for solving the nuclear issue with Iran was in effect going nowhere, because the demand that Tehran halt its 20-percent enrichment of uranium “doesn’t make sense.”

He went on to say: “They [the world powers] have made certain connections with purely technical issues and something purely political. In so far as this is the mentality and this is the approach from 5 + 1 (the Six World Powers) – or whatever else you call it – definitely there is no end for this game.”

DEBKAfile: The phrase “or whatever else you call it” may be taken as Iran’s first veiled reference to the direct talks with Washington that were launched Dec. 1 in the Swiss town of Lausanne.
Mostafa Dolatyar is not just a faceless official. He is head of the Iranian foreign ministry’s think tank, the Institute for Political and International Studies, as well as a senior member of the Iranian team facing US negotiators in Lausanne. His remarks were undoubtedly authorized by the office of Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei who, through him, posted a message to Washington: If the enrichment suspension demand stands, the game’s over.

A former commander of Russia’s nuclear forces warned the Obama administration this week that China’s short-range nuclear missiles are undermining the 1987 Intermediate-range Nuclear Forces (INF) Treaty between the United States and Russia.

Retired Col. Gen. Viktor Yesin, a former commander of Russia’s Strategic Rocket Forces, also said in an interview with the Washington Free Beacon that U.S. and Western arms specialists have dramatically underestimated China’s nuclear arsenal. Beijing’s warhead arsenal, he said, likely is between 1,600 to 1,800 nuclear warheads and bombs.

Yesin met with Pentagon, military, State Department officials, and members of Congress and congressional staff Wednesday and Thursday.

The visit culminated with consultations Thursday with Rose Gottemoeller, acting undersecretary of state for arms control and international security, to discuss the national security risks posed by China’s growing nuclear arsenal.

“It’s not a secret that we talked about China’s nuclear potential and the increase of the Chinese nuclear arsenal,” Yesin said, speaking through an interpreter.

From (III-Percent Patriots) – I find it necessary to remind people one more time why the Patriot is morally safe when engaging the Blue “voter” or “Non-Combatant”.  The Blue voter is NOT merely exercising a “…legitimate difference of political opinion…”
The Blue voter is a Marxist working to overthrow the republic, to overthrow by force the US Constitution, advocating that Government take the fruits of your labor, the bread from the mouths of your children, by force.  Yes, by force, because if the Blue voter’s guy gets into office, as we have all seen, they’ll send men and women with badges and guns to enforce the Blue voter’s wish to overthrow the Constitution.
That is Treason.
Treason is the only crime articulated in the Constitution –
Article III Section III: Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court. The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason… 
If using the muzzle of a firearm is not levying war, I sure as hell need remedial English.
The Blue voter is an active Traitor seeking the violent overthrow of the Constitution that most of us have taken an oath to support and defend against all enemies, foreign and domestic.That Treason is most assuredly a direct and violent infringement upon my Rightful Liberty, and I am morally, by Natural Right, entitled to defend my Rightful Liberty.There is no Miranda in War.
When you find yourself face-to-face with an Enemy of Liberty in a time of war, when there exists an existential threat to the republic, you do NOT need permission from your local Prosecutor to defend your country.  You want to live up to the “Testimony of two witnesses” aspect of the Article, get a buddy and go watch the same people.  You and he satisfy the threshold.
In summary: The Blue Voter and EVERY f’n person facilitating the overthrow of the Constitution and the legitimate republic of the United States, by force of violence, and that violence may morally be met with the ultimate violence, for the US Congress, per the Constitution, has deemed one of the penalties for Treason is Death.

United States to Deploy Anti-Missile Units in Turkey

Defense Secretary Leon E. Panetta signed an official deployment order on Friday to send 400 American military personnel and two Patriot air defense batteries to Turkey as cross-border tensions with Syria intensify.

The American batteries will be part of a broader push to beef up Turkey’s defenses that will also include the deployment of four other Patriot batteries — two from Germany and two from the Netherlands.

All six units will be under NATO’s command and are scheduled to be operational by the end of January, according to officials in Washington.

George Little, the Pentagon spokesman, said Mr. Panetta signed the order as he flew from Afghanistan to this air base in southern Turkey, close to the border with Syria.

“The United States has been supporting Turkey in its efforts to defend itself,” Mr. Little said.

The order “will deploy some 400 U.S. personnel to Turkey to support two Patriot missile batteries,” Mr. Little added, and the personnel and Patriot batteries will arrive in Turkey “in coming weeks.” He did not disclose where the Patriots would be located.

By the blacklisting Tuesday, Dec. 11, of the Jabhat al-Nusra group fighting in Syrian rebel ranks as “a foreign terrorist organization” and affiliate of al Qaeda in Iraq, Washington faces four quandaries:

1. The 10,000 fighters of this al Qaeda affiliate are the best-trained and most professional component of the Syrian rebel front;.

2. Jabhat al-Nusra fields 3,000 fighters out of the mostly Free Syrian Army’s 14,000 rebels fighting in and around Aleppo. They also constitute the assault force’s spearhead.

3. The Islamists are at the sharp front edge of the rebel force battling for control of the Syrian army’s biggest chemical weapons store at Al Safira, near Aleppo. Thursday morning, Dec. 12, they were just a kilometer from the base’s northwestern perimeter fence and advancing fast. By week’s end, Jabhat al-Nusra jihadis may have smashed into the base and seized control of the chemical stocks and Scud D planes standing there armed with chemical warheads.

The imminence of this peril forced Bashar Assad’s hand into sending Scud jets against rebel-held areas in an effort to stop their advance on the base.

Virginia takes EPA to court claiming water regulation plan is illegal land takeover

A heated legal battle between Virginia officials and the Environmental Protection Agency over what EPA critics describe as a land takeover gets its day in federal court Friday.

The EPA, citing an abundance of stormwater runoff, has proposed a plan that Virginia officials say would cost them nearly half a billion dollars — and could cost homeowners and businesses their private property.

The EPA contends that water itself can be regulated as a pollutant if there’s too much of it. The agency says heavy runoff is having a negative impact on Accotink Creek and that it has the regulatory authority to remedy the situation.

Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli, a Republican, says what the EPA has proposed is “illegal,” and he’s not alone in the fight. He’s been joined in a lawsuit against the federal agency by the Democratic-controlled Fairfax County Board of Supervisors.
