UKIP`s Nigel Farage on EU wining Nobel Prize

httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oe0wZHpeOOE

From YouTube:

The European Union winning the Nobel Peace Prize would bring the award into “disrepute” said the UKIP leader as he spoke of a north-south division in Europe.

Nigel Farage joked he “would struggle” to accept the award in the unlikely event he was asked to collect it, as he spoke to the Guardian’s Nick Watt with Jo Coburn on the Daily Politics.

The committee said the EU had helped to transform Europe “from a continent of war to a continent of peace”.

Netanyahu’s security lite vs Khamenei’s $1 m UAV reward to Hizballah

Iran tests the Karrar bomber drone

Iran tests the Karrar bomber drone

Just ten days after Israel strategists, intelligence and military were duped by an Iranian stealth UAV launched by Hizballah from Lebanon, Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu unveiled his new security doctrine to the Knesset in a speech confirming a general election on Jan. 22, 2013.

Declaring proudly that in all his seven years as prime minister (in two non-consecutive terms), Israel had never gone to war because “the finger on the trigger” was never light although it was firm. This may be counted as his first campaign speech for reelection. It was designed to appeal to voters right, left and center by omitting to enumerate the strategic gains made by Israel’s enemies during those seven years of freedom from Israeli military deterrence.

DEBKAfile fills in the blanks.

1. Iran’s nuclear bomb program forged ahead and accumulated enough fissile material to build five nuclear bombs without hindrance or fear of attack;
2. Iran is closer than ever before to conducting its first nuclear test in 2013;

Iran’s Speedboats Capable of Launching Cruise Missiles

If these speedboats have radar resistant fiberglass hulls, a night attack in the Persian attack on our navy will be devastating.

David DeGerolamo

Iran’s speedboats have been equipped with the capability to fire different types of anti-ship cruise missiles, an Iranian defense official announced on Monday.

“Our missiles have the capability of being launched from boats with the speed of over 30 knots, and these missiles include Zafar, Nasr, Nour and Qader,” Deputy Defense Minister and Head of Iran’s Aerospace Organization General Mehdi Farah told FNA, adding that “Qadir missiles” will also be added to the list in near future.

He underlined Iran’s growing missile capability as well as the special capabilities of Iran’s cruise and coast to sea missiles, and underlined high flexibility in the tactical use and missions of these missiles. “The tactical use (and goals) of these missiles can vary in accordance with the type of threat.”

In May, Commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) Navy Rear Admiral Ali Fadavi said that Iran has allocated thousands of its speed boats for military purposes, adding that production of missile-launching speedboats is under Iran’s monopoly.

“All throughout the world, Iran is the only country which has speed vessels with the ability of firing (rockets and missile) at high speeds,” Fadavi said at the time.

“We now have speedboats which can launch missiles as they traverse at a speed over 60km (per hour),” the commander underscored.

Let’s talk about facts, not fear – Simon Black

Let's talk about facts, not fear

October 15, 2012,
Bangkok, Thailand

Let’s step away from the noise for a moment and look at the big picture. This isn’t about doom and gloom, or fear, but objective facts.

Undoubtedly, the Western hierarchy dominated by the United States is in a completely unsustainable situation. Across the West, national governments have obligations they simply cannot meet—both to their citizens and their creditors.

In the UK, national government borrowing is already 22% higher than at this same point last year, a record year for borrowing. Meanwhile, the UK’s budget deficit for August hit a record high.

In France, the new government of Francois Hollande passed a ‘historic’ and ‘austere’ budget that is still posting a deficit of 3% of GDP. That’s including a 75% tax on incomes exceeding one million euros.

In Japan, the government is mulling legislation that will fund 40% of the budget with ‘deficit-financing’ bonds.

In the United States, the government recently hit $16 trillion in debt about six weeks ago, after reaching the $15 trillion mark last November. It took 200 years to accumulate the first trillion in debt and 286 days to accumulate the most recent trillion.

ON HOG GREASE, SEPTIC TANKS & CHRIST – ANN BARNHARDT

By Ann Barnhardt

httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tIPPSI4G_N8

In my video in which I burned the Koran, I bookmarked the various pages with strips of raw bacon. Why did I do this? Is it because I actually believed that I was thumbing my nose at a non-existent pagan moon deity? Nope. People, there is NO SUCH THING AS “ALLAH”, so therefore what sense would it make for me to “offend” or “bait” a non-existent entity?

And a book is just a book. The paper is made out of tree cellulose and the ink is made out of petroleum and probably some sort of soy derivative. The bacon itself was composed of muscle tissue, fat tissue and connective tissue. The components of these tissues are water, protein, fatty acids and collagen. Break it down further and we’re talking carbon, hydrogen, oxygen and nitrogen in various configurations. Touching a piece of bacon, or any piece of pork or pigskin to a book does not result in anything except making a bit of a greasy mess of the book. No pagan moon deity is roused from slumber and filled with murderous wrath. Do you know why? Because THERE IS NO PAGAN MOON DEITY.

So why did I bookmark my koran with bacon? Because it was WITTY. Because it pointed up the absurdity of the West’s groveling before musloid superstitions – specifically the U.S. Military’s rules and protocol for handling korans, namely handling with the right hand only, and preferably with the hand or hands gloved.

New Western intelligence: Syrian rebels don’t have the numbers to win

Israel's MI Chief Maj. Gen. Aviv Kochavi on Syrian Golan border

Israel’s MI Chief Maj. Gen. Aviv Kochavi on Syrian Golan border

The revised estimates compiled by US and French intelligence agencies on the relative strength of Syrian government and rebel forces have given Washington and Arab capitals backing the Syrian opposition pause.  The Obama administration has built its policies around an estimated 70,000 rebel fighters, whereas the revised figure, according to DEBKAfile’s intelligence sources, appears to be less than half – around 30,000.  With some 3,000 jihadis, Al Qaeda-linked groups make up around one-tenth of total rebel strength.

Officials in Washington and Paris are trying to play down the revised estimates because it throws out the basic premise of the Obama administration’s Middle East policy that Bashar Assad can’t last more than six months against the rebel offensive. US military experts now admit, albeit without attribution, that the overall balance of strength – and not just the numbers – has radically changed in the Assad regime’s favor, due to direct Iranian military input: Military advisers of the elite Al Qods Brigades are conducting crash combat courses for the 70,000- strong pro-Assad Alawite militia and sections of the Syrian army still loyal to the ruler.

This qualitative injection into Assad’s military sources will substantially extend the life expectancy of his regime.

Using your vehicle to fix itself! If you are out four wheeling and break a drag link or tie rod, could you repair it and get home? If you were bugging out and need to make a repair using only the equipment you have with you could you do it? This was a fun little project that might come in handy one day!

“Something’s coming”

By Doug Hagmann

Over the course of three hours [at a gun show], I spoke with a total of fourteen men (attendees) and two vendors. I deliberately kept the conversations casual and the questions general. My primary questions involved asking the attendees why they were attending, and if they were going to (or already had) purchased anything. I posed my questions informally, as just another person at the event.

Every person I spoke to told me they were there to buy a gun, another gun, and/or look for bargains for ammunition. With the exception of one man, every person I spoke with said they were there to look at or buy weapons and/or ammunition for self-defense. The sole exception was not really an exception at all, as he stated that he already had all he needed for self defense and was there to purchase a more comfortable holster for concealed carry purposes.

Another Obama Failure: Iran Releases UAV Based on Captured US Drone

This photo released on Dec. 8, by the Iranian Revolutionary Guards, claims to show the chief of the aerospace division of Iran’s Revolutionary Guards, Gen. Amir Ali Hajizadeh (l.) listening to an unidentified colonel as he points to US RQ-170 Sentinel drone.
Sepahnews/AP

See additional comments on Tea Party Nation.

Remember the US drone captured by Iran in December, 2011? The Christian Science Monitor reported the following on December 9, 2011:

“Strategically, the US will suffer from the loss of this because … it has radar, a fuselage, and coating that makes it low-observable, and the electronics inside are also very high-tech.”

Iran has incorporated the radar resistant fiberglass used in the construction of the RQ-170 drone to build their next generation of UAV drones. This is not working out too well for Israel and we can only hope that they have not incorporated it into their speed boats to be used in the Persian Gulf and the Gulf of Oman.

After the Vice Presidential debate late week confirmed that Iran now has enough nuclear material to build five bombs, one radar resistant drone loaded with enriched uranium crashing into Wall Street would bring down the financial hub of the Western world. I guess Joe Biden was wrong saying that we have nothing to fear since Iran has no means to detonate a nuclear warhead.

Do you feel safer now than four years ago?
