Assassination Threats on Romney?

The rule of law in the United States has degraded into class warfare: 47% vs 53%. We may not want to acknowledge that the people living off some type of government assistance may place “entitlements” over Liberty, but that is exactly what this election is about. Who is at fault? The teachers who do not teach American history and our founding principles to our children? The parents who also do not teach morality and founding principles to their children? The government whose policy is to transfer dependence of the people to the state in order to increase their power? Or just plain apathy?

It seems to me that it was not too long ago when the government at least enforced federal laws. Immigration laws under this administration have not only been ignored, federal lawsuits have been filed and acts of retribution carried out against Arizona. Fast & Furious, voter intimidation, the concept of passing legislation in order to see what is in it as well as a presidential kill list show that the rule of law is tenuous at best. A republic without the rule of law will collapse. Period.

One of the most troubling examples that we will ever see is the assassination threats against Mitt Romney if elected. One fact is certain: Obama has effectively divided the United States of America. Class envy, redistribution and unbridled government spending will all be listed as the causes of our nation’s collapse.  I wonder how many more hollow points rounds the government has purchased in addition to the 1.6 billion rounds that we know about?

The Torch Dimly Burns – T.L. Davis

Liberty is the value of self. It is not a collective value. A collective value is the value of society, of the total. This is why it is so difficult to sell the children of the collective on the idea of liberty. They have been taught to fear it and as so many of our young adults are incapable of self-sufficiency, they lean toward the collective, without understanding the emasculation that comes with it.

Liberty is the ability to act within the constructs of one’s physical presence without reaching another’s. In older times it came with the ability to do with one’s property what one wished, but that has been neutered by the same old concept of the collective. If one destroys their property, it affects the collective property value of a given neighborhood.

The collective sees objects as they are connected to others, not as they stand alone, individual. My house, my lawn, my garbage is no longer mine alone, but connected to those who might view it. This is largely where America has changed into something I do not understand, nor want to understand. It should be beyond the understanding of an American to entertain such concepts of society.

All of Iran’s advanced enrichment centrifuges now removed to Fordo

Iran's IR-2 centrifuge

Iran’s IR-2 centrifuge

Iran’s nuclear program’s high-speed uranium enrichment plant has now been entirely sequestered in the fortified underground Fordo site near Qom, DEBKAfile’s intelligence sources report.

On Iran, the differences between President Obama and Mitt Romney are significantly nuanced: Obama pledges not to let Iran acquire a nuclear weapon, i.e., build a bomb, whereas Romney promises to prevent Iran acquiring a nuclear capability, i.e., attain the capacity for building one – a point which US intelligence believes will upon us in six months.

This estimate may not fully take into account Iran’s accelerating momentum. With the advanced IR-2 and IR-4 centrifuges, its enrichment plants can turn out more 20 percent enriched uranium at greater speed than ever before and so reach Iran’s one-ton target before then.

Our sources disclose that, racing against time, Tehran managed to install the last four clusters of 174 centrifuges each inside in “Fordo’s B Chamber” shortly before European Union foreign ministers approved toughened sanctions in Brussels Monday, 15 Oct.

BENGHAZI: MARINES ‘SUPPORTED’ BY JIHADISTS

Video and documentary evidence shows that a Libyan-government-sponsored militia that reportedly provided support to American Marines on the night of the Sept. 11 Benghazi attacks is a radical Islamic militia that, like the presumed assailants, flies the black flag of jihad.

Over one month after the attacks – and despite a congressional hearing – the details of what occurred remain murky. But according to several largely concordant reports, certain broad outlines appear clear. It is generally agreed that the American consulate was attacked by Islamic extremists from a local Libyan militia. According to widely publicized speculations, the militia in question is thought to go by the name Ansar al-Shariah. Thus, for example, a recent New York Times article cites an eyewitness account attributing the attack to Ansar al-Shariah and notes that the witness claims to have seen the attackers “waving the black flag favored by such ultraconservative jihadis.”

On the other hand, members of another local Libyan militia, operating under the orders of the Libyan government, are reported to have joined forces with American Marines on the night of the attacks. A unit from the militia is reported to have met a Marine detachment at Benghazi’s airport and accompanied the Marines to a supposedly secret “safe house” where consulate personnel had taken refuge.

The “safe house,” however, would turn out to be neither secret nor safe. Instead, it would become the target of a second attack after the arrival of the Marines with their Libyan escort. Two Americans would die in this follow-up attack. Just how the assailants came to discover the location of the “safe house” is typically treated as a mystery.

What Can We Cut to Balance the Budget

httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=asRDOhgN70Q

From YouTube:

If the U.S. government cut all government services except Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, and payments on the debt, federal spending would still outpace revenues. Prof. Antony Davies argues that there are not specific cuts that will enable government to balance the budget. He says, “Nothing less than a redesign will solve this problem.” That redesign should begin by determining what the proper role of government is.

Article II Section 4: The Impeachment of Eric Holder

by KrisAnne Hall

Through Article II section 4 of the Constitution, the people have delegated a great power to Congress to remove certain members of government from office.  A careful reading of this section shows that Congress has the power to remove not only the President and the Vice President but ALL civil officers.  One standard for removal is conviction of a high crime or misdemeanor.   The language of this clause is very clear even using legally demanding language.   This clause in the Supreme Law of our land demands Congress to act as they did when Former President Clinton was impeached for contempt.

The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors~ Article II Section 4 US Constitution

We know Presidents and Vice Presidents are impeachable, but have we forgotten the third category of people in this clause: all civil officers?  Eric Holder is a civil officer.  Eric Holder is a civil officer that has been found in contempt.  The Constitution therefore DEMANDS that Congress remove Eric Holder from office.  So what are they doing?  Last report in the mainstream media is that they are going to “sue” him in civil court.  Sue him? The Constitution does not offer that option, however it does demand he be removed from office.  I think at this time it is relevant to point out that Article II section 4 does not have a stipulation that removal from office is only necessary in non-election years. All employees are required to fulfill their job description regardless of what time of the year it is, and Congress should be no exception.  Have they forgotten that they took an oath to support and defend the CONSTITUTION?

Another One Bites the Dust

Electric Car Battery Maker A123 Systems Files for Bankruptcy

A123 Systems Inc. has filed for bankruptcy. This company was praised by Obama in September 2010:

“This is about the birth of an entire new industry in America — an industry that’s going to be central to the next generation of cars”

The only success that Obama has actually accomplished is his planned destruction of the American economy.

Electric Car Battery Maker A123 Systems Files Bankruptcy

A123 Systems Inc. (AONE), a maker of rechargeable lithium-ion batteries for electric cars, filed for bankruptcy after failing to make a debt payment that was due yesterday.

The company listed assets of $459.8 million and debt of $376 million as of Aug. 31 in Chapter 11 documents filed today in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Wilmington, Delaware.

A123 Systems Inc. fell as much as 16 cents, or 70 percent, to 7 cents a share in over-the-counter trading as of 9:43 a.m.

A123 didn’t expect to be on time with an interest payment due yesterday on $143.8 million of notes expiring in 2016, or to make a payment due yesterday on $2.76 million in outstanding 6 percent notes, the Waltham, Massachusetts-based company said yesterday in a regulatory filing.

“The company may not have sufficient cash to fund operations and may need to seek the protections provided under the U.S.Bankruptcy Code,” A123 said.

DO ABORTED BABIES GO TO HEAVEN? – ANN BARNHARDT

It is getting progressively harder and harder for me to leave the house. Not because I’m threatened or under surveillance or anything like that. It’s because every situation or conversation I enter, or even just OVERHEAR or OBSERVE, is potential fodder for this bizarre website. It’s as if I am eavesdropping on and then plagiarizing the world or something.

(Pause for moment of scruple-driven angst.)

Aaaaannnnddd……I’m over it.

So, I found myself in a discussion, the base of which was the question of what happens to babies who are killed in abortion. Do they go to heaven?

The answer is NO, they do not.

If you are recoiling in disgust and red-faced rage at this point, I would urge you to humble yourself and receive instruction, as this is a nuanced yet incredibly important bit of theology – and a lesson in logic. When you’re done reading it, I guarantee you will have learned something. If you are Catholic, you will see how shallow and inadequate your catechisis has been, and if you are Protestant you will see how much you are missing.

1. The Church teaches and has taught from day one that baptism is essential for salvation. This comes straight from Our Lord Himself:

He that believeth and is baptized, shall be saved: but he that believeth not shall be condemned.
Mark 16:16

The Fog of War Justifies a Cover-up?

Hillary Clinton is publicly taking responsibility for the tragedy in Benghazi. This was an expected development in order to provide Obama cover during the final weeks prior to the election. What is missing? If the state department never told the president (or vice-president) that a protest and YouTube movie were the cause of the attack, who did? Why did the administration continue to deceive both the American public and the United Nations for an entire month concerning the events? Why did Obama go to bed without knowing the fate of the ambassador?

What is missing? Continue reading
