I never thought I would see the day that Liberty itself was crucified on the altar of political correctness; but I can now see the outline of the cross on the horizon:

On a day when Egypt is appeasing its mob by issuing arrest warrants for the people responsible for the film (a capital offense there, do note), this is what’s running in the biggest paper in Los Angeles. Turns out the author, Sarah Chayes, is a former assistant to the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, which is no surprise. As Matt Welch notes, lately the strongest pressure on private citizens to limit their criticism of Islam has come from the top of the Pentagon. Bob Gates called Terry Jones when he first threatened to burn a Koran to ask him to stand down, then Martin Dempsey called him again a few days ago when the Mohammed movie broke big. Not content with asking citizens not to make Islamists mad, Chayes wants to blow a hole through the First Amendment using Supreme Court precedent so that they can be compelled to shut up.

The disgusting and fundamentally anti-American article from the LA Times referenced above, follows Administration thugs coming in the middle of the night to bring the blasphemer in for questioning; as a General in the U.S. Military calls some pastor to discuss his tendency to burn Korans.

Those of us who have noted over the years the cozy, ideological relationship between the political left and radical Islam are not surprised by this behavior (see here and here as only two examples–and there are many more on this blog). It makes perfect metaphysical, epistemological and ethical sense, since Radical Islam and today’s progressive, postmodern leftists–led by the current President of the United States, sadly-share the same philosophical premises as any run of the mill suicide bomber. Only their behavior has not yet escalated to the violence of the bomber, since they do not yet have to resort to violence to achieve their sharia.

Make no mistake, however, this is the prelude to the end of America. A prelude to the end of the precious IDEA that is America.

QE III: Time to End the “Sanction of the Victim”

Although the following quote from from Atlas Shrugged should be considered to be a simple statement of truth, the world is seeing how corruption and power have destroyed the value of money:

“It is not the moochers or the looters who give value to money.”

Once the value of money is debased and our property seized by both direct and indirect measures, the consequences will be based solely on the will and morality of the people. A people who are willing to be subjugated by moochers and looters will suffer enslavement without hope. Until, as history has shown, a revolution removes the inevitable dictator(s). Reservists drafted at no notice, Air Force, Central Command and other IDF units were flown to Israel’s northern Golan border early Wednesday, Sept. 19, for a surprise exercise called by Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Benny Gantz under the codename “National Asset.”

The official IDF announcement tried to downplay its importance, describing it as a “planned, routine event.” However, DEBKAfile’s military sources say the war game is the biggest the IDF has conducted in the eight years since the second Lebanon war on Hizballah in 2006, with tens of thousands of soldiers and senior officers, including the artillery and the air force taking part.
Over the last weekend, witnesses reported heavy traffic of convoys of tank and APC carriers and military vehicles with emergency store markings heading north, just days after the IDF completed a large-scale war game on Israel’s Syrian and Lebanese borders simulating a Hizballah attack.

Since early September, therefore, the Israeli Defense Forces have been in the midst of preparations which have the appearance of readiness for a real war rather than an exercise. Those preparations peaked Wednesday under a codename which signified its goal: the defense of national assets.

Another sign of an impending conflict was provided by US diplomats who Monday began destroying classified documents and sensitive equipment at the Beirut embassy. As Islamist anti-US violence raged across Arab and Muslim countries, the State Department said this was a precautionary measure, without naming any specific threat. The trashing of embassy documents usually signifies preparations to evacuate an US embassy at short notice. It would be imperative in a war situation to keep them out of Hizballah hands.

It is one thing for tungsten-filled gold bars to appear in the UK, or in Germany: after all out of sight, and across the Atlantic, certainly must mean out of mind, and out of the safe. However, when a 10 ounce 999.9 gold bar bearing the stamp of the reputable Swiss Produits Artistiques Métaux Précieux (PAMP, with owner MTP) and a serial number (serial #038892, likely rehypothecated in at least 10 gold ETFs across the world but that’s a different story), mysteriously emerges in the heart of the world’s jewerly district located on 47th street in Manhattan, things get real quick. Moments ago, Myfoxny reported that a 10-ounce gold bar costing nearly $18,000 turned out to be a counterfeit. The discovery was made by the dealer Ibrahim Fadl, who bought the PAMP bar in question from a merchant who has sold him real gold before. “But he heard counterfeit gold bars were going around, so he drilled into several of his gold bars worth $100,000 and saw gray tungsten — not gold. The bar was filled with tungsten, which weighs nearly the same as gold but costs just over a dollar an ounce.”

What makes so devious is a real gold bar is purchased with the serial numbers and papers, then it is hollowed out, the gold is sold, the tungsten is put in, then the bar is closed up. That is a sophisticated operation.

MTB, the Swiss manufacturer of the gold bars, said customers should only buy from a reputable merchant. The problem, he admits, is Ibrahim Fadl is a very reputable merchant.   Raymond Nessim, CEO Manfra, Tordell & Brookes, said he has reported the situation to the FBI and Secret Service.   The Secret Service, which deals with counterfeits, said it is investigating.

The Federal Reserve is a private banking cartel that is independent of the Federal government. As outlined by the director of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland:

The private aspect of the System is represented by the 12 regional Reserve Banks.  Each of these Banks has its own charter and is governed by an independent board of directors, under the general oversight of the Board of Governors.

So why did George Bush assign domestic policing powers to a non-governmental agency under the “Patriot Act”? As seen above from this police department’s Facebook page, they consider themselves a “Governmental Organization”. This government has become a façade whose sole purpose is to loot the people through taxation, redistribution, inflation and outright theft. Their final goal is subjugation. This goal transcends political parties, governmental agencies and labor unions.

The government will never define “fair share” but we all know that this means “more“. How much ammunition does the government need to arm the National Weather Service, the Social Security Administration and now the Federal Reserve? The answer again is “more“. Will more be enough? Ask a battle hardened veteran who has sworn an oath to the Constitution. Ask a man who has Sacred honor and understands that Liberty is not free.

By mid morning on Monday, September 17, as Occupy Wall Street protesters marched around the perimeter of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, all signs that an FRPD (Federal Reserve Police Department) existed had disappeared.  The FRPD patrol cars and law enforcement officers had been replaced by NYPD patrol cars and officers.   That decision may have been made to keep from drawing attention to a mushrooming new domestic police force that most Americans do not know exists.

Quietly, without fanfare or Congressional hearings, the USA Patriot Act in 2001 bestowed on the 12 privately owned Federal Reserve Banks, domestic policing powers.

Section 364 of the Act, “Uniform Protection Authority for Federal Reserve,” reads: “Law enforcement officers designated or authorized by the Board or a reserve bank under paragraph (1) or (2) are authorized while on duty to carry firearms and make arrests without warrants for any offense against the United States committed in their presence…Such officers shall have access to law enforcement information that may be necessary for the protection of the property or personnel of the Board or a reserve bank.”

The police officers are technically known as FRLEO, short for Federal Reserve Law Enforcement Officer.  The system has its own police academies for training, their own patch and badges, uniforms, pistols, rifles, police cars and the power to arrest coast to coast without a warrant.  They have ranks of Sergeant, Lieutenant, Captain and a recruitment ad campaign with the slogan: “It’s about respect and recognition from your peers. It’s you.” 

According to a former St. Louis Federal Reserve Law Enforcement Training Instructor, the officers are trained on pistol, rifle, auto-rifle, sub-gun and shotgun with manufacturers encompassing Smith & Wesson, Glock, Remington and  Armalite.

Iran is holding three suspects who entered the country from Azerbaijan under intense grilling to discover their role in the mid-August explosion of the power lines to the underground uranium enrichment site at Fordo, DEBKAfile’s exclusive Iranian sources reveal. Tehran is also questioning the engineers, planners and company heads who built the facility to find out why it was not provided with an independent power generator.

Fordo was forced to be idle for several days until the Revolutionary Guards were able to set up an alternative electrical network at top speed. Iranian investigators suspect that local builders of Fordo may have been bribed by Israeli and American agents to omit this back-up system and so leave the enrichment plant vulnerable to external attack that would interrupt its continuous operation. Their inquiries have even reached the Atomic Energy Commission inspectors who supervised construction, some of them very close to the commission’s chairman Fereydoun Abbasi-Davani, and demanded explanations for letting the omission stand.

The act of sabotage showed Iran how simple it would for aggressors to bring the Fordo plant to a total standstill simply by cutting its 40- kilometer power link to the Qom power station. An electricity cut would additionally disarm the facility’s security system, including the radar and air defense batteries guarding it.

According to DEBKAfile’s sources, the Iranians have kept the three arrests under tight blackout in the hope of rounding up the rest of the team suspected of responsibility for the explosion and, above all, identifying the hand behind it. Their main suspect is Israel.

U.N. Small Arms Treaty Passes – What Is Next?

I’m sure the television news told you all about the U.N. Small Arms Treaty being passed. (See Last Post) No??? The Rothschild Zionist network at ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, FOX and MSNBC were busy following the Protocol 12; Control the Press to the point that even newspapers didn’t report the event on the last page. The reason television news and newspapers are not informing the American citizens is to prevent the militias of the several states from forming and beginning to train. A very clever idea; don’t you think? They want to keep you in the dark until it is too late.

The old argument that the Senate will not ratify this treaty, can easily be debunked, when you remember that the Senate did not pass the U.N. Agenda 21. In fact they refused to pass it, but it got passed by an Executive Order of Bill Clinton. The same will be true with this treaty and it really doesn’t matter who wins the presidential election.

You cannot enter into negotiations on a treaty and not sign the results of the consensus. It’s an old trick of the globalists to get the opposition into negotiations.  It works at the local level and the global level.  The United States entered into the negotiations on the U.N. Small Arms Treaty and now we are stuck with it.

With the passage of the United Nations Small Arms Treaty, what can be expect in the future? The globalists have 6 years to disarm us, at two year intervals. Expect legislation, more false flag operations and continued dumbing down of America’s youth, and the world’s youth, to accept the yoke of global government.

Enter H.R. 6241 and S. 3458, identical bills in both houses that are currently in committee; titled Stop Online Ammunition Sales Act of 2012 .When passed, in person sales of ammunition will be required, as well as registration of amounts exceeding 1,000 rounds, or 1,000 rounds over a week period. The idea behind this legislation is to make you pay more in the future for ammunition and to register sales. It will also limit your selection to what ever is available at a local store.
Another bill before Congress, sitting in committee is Gun Show Loophole Closing Act of 2011. It is H.R. 591, in the House and S.35 in the Senate. It would permanently ban Gun Shows if passed.

North Carolina: The Problem of Non-citizen Voters

This is yet another reason why we need a Voter ID law in North Carolina.  As you probably know, the NC General Assembly passed legislation (overwhelmingly Republicans with a few Democrats) earlier this year and Governor Bev Perdue (Dem) vetoed the legislation, but there weren’t enough Democrats joining Republicans to override her veto.

Already the US Census Bureau counts “all persons” during a census and this gives states such as California with a few million illegal immigrants, some extra members in Congress due to apportionment.   An affront to our nation!

THIRDLY, I assume you are aware that Benita Veliz, an openly acknowledged illegal immigrant (and identified herself as such on stage), spoke during the recent Democratic convention and insisted on amnesty for illegals.   Another ten illegals interrupted traffic in uptown Charlotte during the convention as they protested for amnesty.   Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) did absolutely nothing…….as instructed by the Obama administration.  Of course Obama has given amnesty already to over a million illegals this year and unless the lawsuit wins over, they will in fact get their amnesty and work permits, while we have over 22 million citizens who want and cannot find a full-time job.

Obama Reinstates NDAA Military Detention Provision

A lone appeals judge bowed down to the Obama administration late Monday and reauthorized the White House’s ability to indefinitely detain American citizens without charge or due process.

Last week, a federal judge ruled that an temporary injunction on section 1021 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012 must be made permanent, essentially barring the White House from ever enforcing a clause in the NDAA that can let them put any US citizen behind bars indefinitely over mere allegations of terrorist associations. On Monday, the US Justice Department asked for an emergency stay on that order, and hours later US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit Judge Raymond Lohier agreed to intervene and place a hold on the injunction.

The stay will remain in effect until at least September 28, when a three-judge appeals court panel is expected to begin addressing the issue.

On December 31, 2011, US President Barack Obama signed the NDAA into law, even though he insisted on accompanying that authorization with a statement explaining his hesitance to essentially eliminate habeas corpus for the American people.

“The fact that I support this bill as a whole does not mean I agree with everything in it,” President Obama wrote. “In particular, I have signed this bill despite having serious reservations with certain provisions that regulate the detention, interrogation, and prosecution of suspected terrorists.”

1)      He encouraged the overthrow of arguably our strongest Muslim ally in the Middle East, Egyptian President Mubarak, the man most responsible for keeping Muslim terrorism in check. The result of Mubarak’s overthrow was what any knowledgeable person in foreign affairs knew would happen, the rise of the Muslim Brotherhood and more terrorism against the USA. The attack against the US Embassy never happened under Mubarak.

2)      President Obama’s first public statement after the attack was not to address it and the murder of our citizens in Libya, but to criticize Romney for criticizing our government’s apology which is sure to encourage more terrorists attacks against the USA..  Romney was outraged that our government apologized for allowing free speech in the USA which may offend Muslims. The media and Obama are trying to convince a gullible public that the attacks are because Muslims are offended by an amateurish movie trailer (which I have seen) on the net since June, which has no connection with our government. The trailer accurately portrays some historical facts about Muhammad that many Muslims would rather people not know about, his brutality, polygamy, pedophilia, etc. The next day Obama essentially agreed with Romney. Talk about shooting first, aiming later. Meanwhile the Democrat media and Obama continue to try to change the subject to keep the public from noticing Obama’s colossal foreign policy failures.

3)      Why would our Marines be told that they cannot put live ammunition in their weapons to defend embassy staff, their assigned task?

Between the anti-Japanese tensions and the converging dominance of the Japanese with the Chinese to our fiscal status quo, it seems the Chinese are increasingly pushing the US hand to supporting the Japanese. Via Ai Weiwei, contemporary Chinese artist, the US Embassy in Beijing is under protest by the Chinese marchers demanding (Google Translated) “Pay Back The Money” and “Down with US Imperialism”. Some embassy cars were attacked – apparently on the back of the US role in the China-Japan tensions. The question now is what happens to China’s Treasury holdings? They already threatened Japan with economic sanctions and now the populist view is turning anti-American at a time of new leadership. We assume they will continue to sell down their USD-based Treasury holdings and convert to Gold as they have been for the past year. With 2 months until the election, this will be an interesting distraction of global importance as the US is forced to support Japan or throw them under the bus.
