Food Hyperinflation – Part II

The above chart (from CNN.money.com shows the price increases for corn, soybeans and wheat for July 18, 2012 and the opening electronic prices underneath for July 19th. Adding the two price increases together shows an increase of 3.16%, 3.61% and 3.51% respectively over a 25 hour period. With gasoline, the price increases at the pump as soon as the price of a barrel of crude goes up. Based on reports coming in, the price of food at grocery stores has already increased.

The government is still planning to convert corn to ethanol (40% of the crop) even though the United States is currently exporting refined gasoline (demand for gasoline in the US is off 50%). Food and energy are the keys to controlling people. What would you do if you were in charge of the government and your goal was to implement the Cloward-Piven strategy to punish America?

If Dick Morris Is Correct, Get Ready for Civil War

If Mr. Morris is correct, we will know by July 27th if this is actually the administration’s plan to circumvent the second amendment. Funny thing about arrogance: it makes people overestimate their power and underestimate their opponents. The second amendment was put in place by our forefathers to protect the people from the government. It is our duty to be vigilant concerning the signing of the Arms Trade Treaty by Hillary Clinton as well as its implications.

Food Hyperinflation Is About to Hit the United States

The commodities shown above from CNNMoney.com shows the impact of the drought on the price of corn, soybeans and wheat. All three surpassed 52 week highs today (July 18, 2012). Couple this with the price of gasoline once crude oil spikes from the impending war in the Middle East and our standard of living is about to undergo “shock and awe”.

It would be a prudent measure to stock up on food at this point.

  1. The man started his presidency off with a bang by botching his oath of office.
  2. For good measure, he set the tone for his administration for allowing Chief Justice John Roberts totake the blame for the error.
  3. Obama promises on the campaign trail to immediately shut down Guantanamo Bay.  The detention facility is open three years later and counting.
  4. In the same breath, he promises to restore habeas corpus. Three years into his term, he signs the National Defense Authorization Act, which leaves open the possibility of indefinite detention of American citizens.
  5. President Obama ordered the assassination of an American citizen.
  6. As Senator, Obama spoke out against but voted for the Patriot Act.
  7. As President, he extended it, with an auto-pen, while he was in France.
  8. Obama continues the “Bush practice” of extraordinary rendition.
  9. As a candidate, Obama promises to end the War in Iraq and bring all troops home within 16 months. He even says in 2007 that it would be the first thing he would do in office, and that “you can take that to the bank.” As president, he announces all troops would be withdrawn by the end of 2011 (34 months later).
  10. Obama states the Afghan War would conclude in June 2011, but projections now have us running into 2014.

LaRoque Indicted – Is There a Tillis Connection?

Stephen A. LaRoque, former Richard Morgan co-conspirator, ally of Thom Tillis, and recently unelected legislator was indicted by a federal grand jury yesterday on eight counts of fraud, theft, embezzlement, and misappropriation of federal money that may have been fraudulently obtained through grants and loans.

We strongly believe that our system of justice provides that the accused are innocent until proven guilty, but we also recognize that the facts presented in the indictment show that Mr. LaRoque has been pretty loose with Federal loans and grants that he passed around between his own businesses.  This started long before Mr. LaRoque even entered the political arena in 2002.  His willingness to be loose with his constituents’ trust by allying with Richard Morgan and his ilk shows that Mr. LaRoque has a deficiency of discernment at the very least.

Bernanke slams Ron Paul’s Fed audit bill

Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke on Wednesday rebutted Republican lawmakers pushing a bill that would give Congress the ability to review monetary policy decisions, saying it could compromise central bank independence.

Bernanke said it would be a “nightmare scenario” if politicians decided to second-guess monetary policy.

“That is very concerning because there’s a lot of evidence that an independent central bank that makes decisions based strictly on economic considerations and not based on political pressure will deliver lower inflation and better economic results in the longer term,” Bernanke told the U.S. House of Representatives’ Financial Services Committee.

The hearing was the likely last chance for retiring Texas Representative Ron Paul, known for proposing the Fed should be abolished, to grill the central bank chairman.

“Trillions and trillions of dollars (are) being printed out of thin air,” said Paul.

HISTORY REPEATING ITSELF: THE VENDEE GENOCIDE

Israeli tourist bus was blown up in Bourgas airport

Update 2: Israel blames Iran for deadly bus explosion targeting Israeli tourists in Bulgaria

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is promising a strong reaction after an attack on Israeli tourists that he says was carried out by Iran.

A bus carrying mostly Israeli youth in a Bulgaria exploded near an airport Wednesday, killing 7 people and wounding at least 30 others, local police and hospital officials say. Witnesses told Israeli media that the huge blast occurred soon after someone boarded the vehicle.

A Bulgarian news agency is also reporting that two pregnant women and an 11-year-old Israeli girl are among the wounded.

Update: Two buses blown up.

Bus with 40 Israeli tourists was bombed the airport of Burgas in 17.30.Following the blast had set fire to two buses with tourists.

Interior Ministry official said that it was a blast. Three passengers were killed. At the hospital in Burgas adopted 18 Israeli tourists. Yet arrived, announced the hospital.

The bomb was in the trunk of a white bus with registration Plovdiv, which have started to Sunny Beach, announced besove.bg source from the airport. This information was confirmed by the Mayor of Burgas Dimitar Nikolov. According to the website of the airport in Burgas plane “Air Via” from Tel Aviv landed at 16.50 hours, indicating bTV.

Blast was ignited two adjacent buses that were also in the terminal “Arrivals”.

Specify the number of victims – according to initial information from the police they are at least three. Dozens were injured.
The flames are huge, currently three fire extinguish and seven ambulances displayed charred people.

The prime minister heads to Bourgas with Tsvetanov and the Secretary of Interior Kalin Georgiev, cited the government’s press office. Airport authorities refused official comment. The airport has been closed and all flights were redirected to Varna.

Hour earlier than Sarafovo airport of departure, President Rosen Plevneliev.

Assad’s kinsman Shawqat and defense minister Rajiha killed by suicide bomber

Bashar Assad’s survival is in serious question after the deaths of his top allies, his brother-in-law Security Chief Assif Shawqat and Defense minister Gen. Dawoud Raijiha by a suicide bomber, while holding a top-level meeting in the National Security building in Damascus, Wednesday, July 18. Interior Minister Maj. Gen. Mohammad Ibrahim Shaair is in critical condition.

This was the deadliest blow to the Assad regime in the 17-month Syrian uprising, striking deep inside the president’s inner circle and family: Shawqat was married to his sister.  It took place on the fourth day of fierce fights with rebel forces which seized parts of Damascus and are battling superior government forces backed by heavy tank, artillery and machine gun fire and helicopters.

The bomber must have had an inside track to the top level of the Assad regime to have come close enough to reach a cabinet meeting with security officials in the heavily fortified National Security building and blow himself up among them.

To ward off the rebel assault on the capital, the Syrian regime engaged in the high-risk tactic of letting them enter the southern districts of Damascus, to trap them and then finish them off with superior fire power.

Assad meanwhile scattered his key government departments in fortified buildings around Damascus: The General Staff was assigned the military complex on Shuhada Street and the cabinet met at the National Security building. Now the Syrian ruler is forced to believe that all his security arrangements are deeply penetrated by his enemies who knew exactly where and when to strike.
