24 Arrested at Occupy Asheville
Twenty-four occupiers were arrested yesterday in Asheville for violating the city’s 10 PM park curfew. Based on the article below, the police are trying to accommodate the “needs” of the protesters while balancing the wishes of politicians who may or may not support the rule of law.
The full consequences of the Cloward-Piven strategy will be seen across the country as labor unions and Acorn become more aggressive. president Obama must be proud.

DHS and FEMA Updates
Help Us Spread the Word – On November 9, “This is Only a Test”
Over the last few weeks, we have highlighted the upcoming nationwide test of the Emergency Alert System (EAS), which is now less than ten days away. The test will take place on Wednesday, November 9th at 2:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time. This system, commonly tested at the local level, will be tested across the entire country.
Our priority here at FEMA is to ensure all members of the public are aware of this test next week and understand that it is only a test – so we are counting on you to help spread the word in your communities, with your co-coworkers, neighbors, friends, and loved ones. To help support this, FEMA has created a couple of videos that you can use to help explain what this test is and what people can expect.
Greece Cancels Referendum – Will Now Decide on Whether to Stay in the European Union
It appears that Greece will decide on whether to leave the European Union or have a civil war. What’s your trigger?

Greece’s Prime Minister has told Sky News the referendum on the the eurozone bailout plan will no longer go ahead – and it was never his intention for it to happen.
The announcement came after an emergency cabinet meeting, in which the opposition party called for early elections and immediate approval of the bailout deal.

Man Charged With Shooting His Two Brothers

A Four Oaks man is in custody after authorities said he went on a shooting spree at his father’s home Sunday night shooting two of hisbrothers. The incident happened around 10:30pm at 9779 Highway 210. Sheriff’s Detective M.J. Carson said Anthony Sosa, 21, got into a dispute with his father when his dad asked for help in cleaning up the house.
Sosa allegedly attacked his father, and his two brothers, Daniel Sosa, 22, and Joe Sosa, 19, allegedly prevented Anthony Sosa from continuing to assault their father. Detective Carson said Anthony Sosa left the residence and went to a barn next door where he was living with his wife and two children.
He returned to the house with a shotgun and fired at least 20 rounds, according to Detective Lt. J.R. Gerrell, including shooting the inside and outside the home and two vehicles in the driveway. Sosa’s two brothers were struck by the gunfire, but were not seriously wounded. Continue reading
Acorn “Damands” Local Government Cut Ties with JP Morgan Chase
Acorn has been rebranded in New York as New York Communities for Change. One of their programs to help organize communities is to pay people $10 per hour up to $100 per day to protest at Occupy Wall Street.

Appeasement Is Not the Solution
Appeasement by England’s Neville Chamberlain as a course of action led directly to World War II. The United States is a republic based on the rule of law. The occupiers want mob rule where they are exempted by “the rule of law”. Our founding fathers warned us about mob rule otherwise known as Democracy.

The excerpt below outlines one case of appeasement in Santa Rosa. As outline in a previous article, the government’s plan to institute Socialism will be accomplished by a bottom up attack (occupation) where the police are marginalized in their ability to enforce law. Once this slippery slope is starting, the police will continue to question their purpose and leadership. If anyone doubts that the next step will be violence, just listen to their Stephen Lerner’s game plan released in March of this year. Francis Fox Piven is also involved in her implementation of the Cloward-Piven Strategy which includes violence to overthrow the United States.
It is time to make “An Appeal to Heaven” to save our police and our country.

Top Down, Bottom Up, Inside Out
The objective outlined by Van Jones is now apparent across the country. The police who are providing security and the rule of law are now being effectively marginalized by the Occupy Wall Street movement and our politicians. The letter below from the Oakland Police Officers’ Association should be considered a plea to the entire nation.
This is not an isolated incident since politicians across the United States are sending mixed signals to their police forces. I submit that the police are not the enemy at the gate: the politicians who have bankrupted the country and are now usurping it are the real enemies.
This is a clear case of Good vs. Evil. The battle lines are drawn. Will you allow the government to steal your freedom for false security from their organized “bottom up” attack on our own people?

Milton Friedman Explains the Free Market
It appears that Phil Donahue did not listen to Milton Friedman 31 years ago.

The lecture by Dr. Friedman concerning the free market applies today for the same reasons that he outlined three decades ago. Excessive greed becomes a factor of human nature when morality and virtue have been reduced in our society. We see the consequences of greed on Occupy Wall Street as the “occupiers” blame the 1% for their own greed and lack of personal responsibility.
