Brian Bock Interview

Brian Bock is the chairman for the board of commissioners in Chatham County, NC. In the November 2010 elections, Mr. Bock, Pam Stewart and Walter Petty won the three seats that had been held by the Democrat Party. To put this victory into perspective, Chatham County had one Republican commissioner previously in the past 100 years. Their example shows that good people with no political experience but an understanding of public service can make a difference.

How Important Is A Communications Network?

How would your life be impacted by a loss of communications? Imagine no television, radio, Internet, land or cell phones, or newspapers. A loss of electricity due to a hurricane would impact any communications that are not battery based. Paul Revere Rides Again?

It is said that “those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it,” however that quote is often used in reference to the terrible things of history. I believe we have to remember the good and honorable events of our past as well because these are things that we should strive to repeat.  

It has been almost 236 years since Paul Revere’s ride from Boston to Lexington.  The story of his famous ride has been repeated many times and is rather well known to most. On April 18, 1775 a thousand British soldiers were sent from Boston to march up the road through Lexington and on to Concord, hoping to catch the colonists by surprise and capture Sam Adams, John Hancock and their supplies quietly.  Fortunately for the colonists, they learned of the British plan and two riders, seeing the signal of a lantern in the Old North Church, took to their horses and began calling the patriots “To Arms!”  Thus we have “The Midnight Ride of Paul Revere” to recall and recite. The 5 stages of Grieving/Loss Process In Relationship To The Battle for Our Republic

The five stages of the grieving process described below is a commonly accepted way by which people deal with grief and tragedy, especially when diagnosed with a terminal illness or facing a life changing  loss.  It was first introduced by Elisabeth Kübler-Ross in her 1969 book, On Death and Dying.  I propose that it is what many U.S. citizens are going through today in light of the strong socialist movement taking over much of our country.  

Denial – “I feel fine.”; “This can’t be happening, not to me.”
Denial is usually only a temporary defense for the individual. This feeling is generally replaced with heightened awareness of situations and individuals that will be left behind after death. Continue reading →

One World Order

The new General Assembly has an easy task before them: repeal Resolution 24, H.R. 338 passed in 1942.  A quick look at the following section tells much of the story:

Man, the source of all political authority, is a manifold political being. He is a citizen of several communities; the city, the state, the nation and the world. To each of these communities he owes inalienable obligations and from each he receives enduring benefits.

The citizens of the state of North Carolina DO NOT have any inalienable obligations to the world community. The people of the United States do not receive any enduring benefits from the rest of the world. It would be quite a shock if one of the countries receiving foreign aid ($49 Billion in 2008) would say “Thank You”.  Here is the beginning of North Carolina’s Resolution to be one of the first states to welcome the coming of One World Order.

Perception Is Truth

Have our perceptions replaced truth? The phrase “perception is truth” is a measure of our morality and honor. When we have to consider perceptions instead of the truth, we have truly become the sheeple that Pravda labeled the American people last year. This is the foundation of propaganda that leads down the road to tyranny. 

Let’s consider the following quotes on propaganda:

    “Propaganda must be planned and executed by only one authority.”
    “Credibility alone must determine whether propaganda output should be true or false.”
    “Propaganda must label events and people with distinctive phrases or slogans.”
    “Propaganda must facilitate the displacement of aggression by specifying the targets for hatred.”
    “Black rather than white propaganda may be employed when the latter is less credible or produces undesirable effects. ”
    “To be perceived, propaganda must evoke the interest of an audience and must be transmitted through an attention-getting communications medium.”
