Under federal law, employers and universities cannot legally mandate COVID vaccines because they are unlicensed Emergency Use Authorization products which are, by definition, experimental.

Holland and Glaser wrote:
“If a vaccine has been issued EUA by the FDA, it is not fully licensed and must be voluntary. A private party, such as an employer, school or hospital cannot circumvent the EUA law, which prohibits mandates. Indeed, the EUA law preventing mandates is so explicit that there is only one precedent case regarding an attempt to mandate an EUA vaccine.”

Looks like there is a truce between Israel and Hamas in Gaza.  I say “looks like” because truces between the two usually take a while to solidify.  That’s been the case in the four Hamas/Israel wars since 2008.  More than 1,300 houses have been destroyed, and heavy losses have been inflicted on Hamas in Gaza.

Is your employer requiring you to get an experimental gene therapy CV19 jab that is being called a “vaccine”?  You might want to know it’s illegal to require someone to get an experimental vaccine.  The U.S. government is not requiring this so-called vaccine, and about half of the CDC and FDA employees have NOT gotten the jab.  There is a new form you can hand to your employer from Solari.com that might get their attention.  It puts the liability for adverse effects of the jab squarely on the company’s back.  It also requires the responsible company official to sign this form with a witness.  The vaccine makers have zero liability, but companies forcing the CV19 jab do have liability.  This is a cold bucket of water in the face of any company who wants to force or coerce employees to get this experimental “vaccine.”

Oregon has gone from a liberal hell hole to 1930s Germany overnight.

The Oregon Health Authority is now requiring businesses and religious institutions to enforce mask mandates by forcing people to show proof of vaccination.

The CDC last week updated its mask guidance and said fully vaccinated people no longer need to wear masks indoors.

In order to prevent the unvaccinated from walking around unmasked, Oregon health officials are now creating a caste system by marking the unvaxxed lepers.

“Businesses, employers and faith institutions now have the option to adjust their masking guidance to allow fully vaccinated individuals to no longer wear a mask in their establishments,” OHA’s website said. “Businesses, employers and faith institutions doing so must have a policy in place to check the vaccination status of all individuals before they enter their establishment. Businesses, employers and faith institutions who do not create such policies will maintain the same masking guidance listed below, regardless of an individual’s vaccination status.”

For the past four decades, patients have suffered from a largely hidden epidemic of side effects from drugs that usually have few offsetting benefits. Bill Maher tested positive for Covid last week and had to cancel his television show for his first time since 1993. This was despite Maher having been fully vaccinated. Moreover the vaccines’ serious adverse effects are being downplayed by health officials and the media.

Who will experience an adverse effect appears to be arbitrary; therefore, it is a game of Russian Roulette as to whether a person will be critically injured or be protected from the virus…

A Science exposé reported on the growing strategy of “pay after” conflicts of interests. Outside advisors will declare no conflicts but then rule in favor of a drug or vaccine only to be reimbursed afterwards. The journal’s review of compensation records uncovered “pay after” schemes for the approval of 28 psychopharmacologic, arthritis, cardiac and renal drugs.” The investigation also uncovered:

“Of the more than $24 million in personal payments or research support from industry to the 16 top-earning advisers—who received more than $300,000 each—93% came from the makers of drugs those advisers previously reviewed or from competitors.”

The belief that we will be able to vote our way out of this is not grounded in logic. There is only one political party. Both Democrat and Republican elites colluded to remove the lawful President and destroy the nation. This Deep State controls every facet of FUSA and the only box left to us to regain our Liberty is the cartridge box.

If you believe that the massive voter fraud that resulted in a Presidential coup will not be repeated, I have two questions:

1. These traitors replicated the same overthrow in the Georgia Senate race with no consequences after the November election coup. Why would they stop now or ever?
2. The election results that are required to be maintained by state laws have been ignored. Ballots have been destroyed and the audits to prove their treason have been stopped. Are elections won by the number of votes or by who is counting/manipulating the votes?

I refuse to support the overthrow of the Presidency, House of Representatives and Senate by voter fraud. I refuse to vote in a system where the outcome is predetermined by the Deep State and supported by the Supreme Court, military and media. You can tell yourself that excrement does not stink but that does not make it smell any better. The only way forward is to remove the traitors who have stolen our Republic.

For those who still hope in this failed logic:

Suck it up buttercup and prepare for war or let posterity forget that you were our countrymen.

Well this was disappointing to see this morning:

We are not voting our way out of this mess!

The Deep State just stole the elections from us and we did absolutely nothing about it. Now that they have solidified their power do you really think they’ll ever let a mistake like Trump happen again? Your vote no longer matters. Those who are in power will be counting. Oh you will be given the illusion of voting, but rest assured, only Deep State approved candidates will be on the ballot.

It’s sad that the vast majority on our side are still putting faith in just one more “most important election of our lifetime.” It is shocking to hear people holding out hope that Republicans could win big in the next election. Ask yourself, has it ever made a difference?

The time for voting is over! We have exhausted all means to peacefully reconcile this situation. We are down to the final option:

We are under attack. This Communist takeover is well under way. We are getting punched in the face on a daily basis and it seems all we can do is talk about voting harder.

We know who the enemy is. Sides are being chosen. I hope you choose wisely.  We the People are the enemy of this Deep State Establishment and they aim to eradicate us. These attacks on us and our way of living will never end. It will never end. They will always hate us. Always. Nothing you can do will change that. Nothing. But more importantly they will never accept us. They will not accept our views of the world, our ideals, our guns and our religions. We are a very different people from these commies on the left and those who would like to see this country destroyed. We value the individual. We value free thought, free speech, free religion, we value freedom. They hate us for it. They aim to rule us, and we will not be ruled by them. They will never give up their quest to implement socialism/communism. They never quit and they’ll never stop. We the People are the enemy of this Deep State.
