The Countdown To The Break Up Of The Euro Has Officially Begun

Most analysts are forecasting that the United States will have three days after the inevitable European economic collapse before our own economy collapses. True or not, the correlations between the looters nullifying the votes of the producers in Greece and France are clearly seen and foreshadows our own election results.

From Zerohedge.com:

The tremendous backlash against the austerity approach that Germany has been pushing.  All over Europe, prominent politicians and incumbent political parties are being voted out. In fact, Nicolas Sarkozy has become the 11th leader of a European nation to be defeated in an election since 2008.  We have seen governments fall in the Netherlands, the UK, Spain, Ireland, Italy, Portugal and Greece.  Whenever they get a chance, the citizens of Europe are using the ballot box to send a message that they do not like what is going on.

And the Final Nail Is Struck in Greece’s Coffin

Greece has one major economic engine: tourism. Imagine a vacation in beautiful surroundings, rich in history among a native population who is on permanent vacation. The recent economic collapse, default and riots have now painted a much different view of this country for the rest of the world. Who would want to see people in suits “dumpster diving” for food? Let’s hope that this is not coming to a country near you.

Money and Manipulation: What was the Real Goal?

There has been so much conversation over the past few years about the economy, and what is wrong with it, but the questions under public consideration have been all wrong, in my opinion. To ask the right questions is to open our eyes.  When we do, we can see clearly that the emperor and all his henchmen are truly naked.

Our economy nearly collapsed after 9/11 – the structural defects we are now suffering were already built-in at that point, but no one in the media gave a fair account of what was going on, then or since.

Instead, all the conversation was focused on how America had to pull together in a time of crisis.  President Bush advised everyone to “get their lives back to normal, go out and take a vacation”, etc.  In short, spend, spend, spend, like there is nothing at all to worry about.  The question we must ask ourselves is, “Why was this meme so essential to the powers that be?”  Why was it so important that we go out and spend like 9/11 never happened?  The simple answer: because the powers that be had not yet finished cooking up the next stage of their wealth-transfer scheme yet, and they didn’t want their plans derailed by an untimely collapse.

Bomb plot suspect leases Occupy warehouse in Cleveland

CLEVELAND —One of five men arrested in an alleged Ohio bridge bombing plot signed the lease for the warehouse that’s home to about a dozen protesters from the Occupy Cleveland movement, which is working to get the man’s name removed from the lease, a group spokesman said.

The $600 monthly rent for the warehouse was paid to a landlord, not to suspect Anthony Hayne, group spokesman Joseph Zitt told The Plain Dealer.

“We needed a name on the lease, and he agreed to be it,” Zitt said.

Hayne, 35, is among the five suspects accused of trying to bomb a highway bridge south of Cleveland using devices that were actually fake bombs provided through an undercover FBI employee. The others are Douglas L. Wright, 26, of Indianapolis; Brandon L. Baxter, 20, of nearby Lakewood; Connor C. Stevens, 20, of suburban Berea; and Joshua S. Stafford, 23, of Cleveland.

Understanding The 2012 Trustees Report

On April 23, the Trustees of the Social Security Trust Fund released a “troubling” report,  “Projected Trust Fund Exhaustion Three Years Sooner Than Last Year“.  This report is the fifth disappointing report in a row.  The media has picked-up the normal static in headlines that seize eye, but provide articles that entirely miss the point: What is the future of Social Security?

The media tends to repeat what the Trustees said rather than considering what the Trustees said.  Headlines tune into the exhaustion point of the Trust Fund, but articles provide almost no information on the underlying assumptions on which that date is based.  The 2033 date is based on assumptions. If those assumptions fail to materialize, the Social Security system may be gone long before 2033. The reader should understand this: the Trustees find the 2033 date  “troubling”; what the reader should find troubling is the assumptions that the government used. This report and its coverage are wildly optimistic.

Update on DHS Preparing for an Economic Collapse

The following article comes from Millennium Ark. This is an update/repost to an earlier article concerning an impending civil war. Is this true or is this playing on our fears? The best propaganda always has truth embedded in it.  Is it time to worry? I will be reserving judgment until a few more DHS “confidants” come forward. If this is not true, do we just sit back and wait for the next news cycle? If it is true, we will know shortly. Prepare for the worst and hope for the best is a simple statement. It is also the best truth that we have at this point. I must admit that I like the following statement:

Bernanke / Geitner / top level bankers will be in hiding.

Special Warning:
DHS Knows an Economic Collapse Is Coming
and That People Are Not Prepared

related:“We are Preparing for Massive Civil War,” Says DHS Informant

The following notes are from Private Investigator, Douglas Hagmann, who has a confidential contact within Department of Homeland Security. Doug writes, “Here are the notes I took during the early morning conversation I had with my DHS source ‘Rosebud.’ People need to understand that our own government KNOWS what is coming and is not only NOT telling the American people, but (they are) preparing for the worst.”After transcribing Doug’s notes, I phoned him and went through the material line by line with him making sure each line was correct as some words were in Doug’s own “shorthand” and some weren’t clearly written. He verified everything to be accurate.

Becoming Fully Taxated Incorporation Tips

If you are interested in true personal liberty, you have to put serious effort into casting off your employment chains if at all possible. Our economy has been deliberately engineered to keep most people one job (meaning one bad review, or thoughtcrime) away from financial destruction. So, in our system, casting off the employment chain is difficult by design. I understand that. If you can’t cast those chains off because you are just scraping by, then try to educate yourself and look for opportunities to improve your situation as best you can when you can create those opportunities. But if you are sitting in a cubicle just because you don’t want to give up some nice little crumb of enslaving luxury, then you need to re-evaluate your priorities (and stop bitching about liberty).

The material in this article series is intended to help move you closer to economic independence. This originally started as some strategies, called becoming “Fully Taxated”, which describe how to use the same legal means that fat cats use to force most of the tax burden onto the proles.

Part of that strategy is to become incorporated. While writing the Fully Taxated article series, it became obvious that many people wanting to incorporate don’t even know where to start. I must, as usual, give a disclaimer. What I am about to describe to you is legal to the best of my knowledge and understanding. However, I am not a tax or law professional and you shouldn’t take anything out of this article other than pure entertainment. I must also repeat an essential point from the first article in that series: to thrive in any system, you must first recognize the reality of that system, and then act accordingly in order to manipulate its energy to your own purpose. To thrive in this system and not be perpetually frustrated, or worse, you must accept the premise that our system is not fundamentally noble, but was specifically designed to feed a class of certain very wealthy people. Refuse to accept this fact, and I can’t help you.

And A Soldier Dies

When it comes to Kerodin’s Convention in DC, I am in.

From the first day they passed the seat belt law in Colorado, 1986, or thereabouts, I knew it would come to this. I chaffed at the first sign of a government obsessed with my safety and knew that one day it would grow to the point that something would have to be done about it. It never stops at common sense, once they snare you in the trap of considering it a good law, you are all but done.

There are no good laws that protect oneself from one’s own decisions, even though there are stiff consequences for failure to follow common sense, it is the law that makes it tyranny. It is not for the government to decide what is or is not a good decision. They are simply there to make the sewers run. Now, they do everything in the world for us, but that.

There is good in all evil, or it would not work. When they stop you at a DUI checkpoint, they have seized you and searched you without cause, without sworn testimony as is required by the Fourth Amendment. Is it good that they get DUI offenders off the road? Sure, but at the cost of providing a precedent that the Fourth Amendment is invalid? Is it good that the Fourth Amendment is invalid? Answer that one after they have ransacked your home, torn apart your bedding, sifted through your computer, looked through your sock drawer, found any number of personal and perhaps humiliating things that are not illegal, but make you cringe at any rate. What they know as a result is that you have hemorrhoids, or take medicine for a nervous condition, or dye your hair, or whatever else is none of any one’s business, but they know it and they shouldn’t. And, they didn’t even need a warrant, because you are not being charged with anything, it was just a suspicion, un-sworn, unattested to, but they had a feeling you might be doing something wrong based on some of the things you wrote on a blog or on Facebook. Tsk tsk tsk.

Stock futures hit after European elections

(Reuters) – Stock index futures fell after Greek voters trounced ruling parties in elections on Sunday, a result that put the country’s future in the euro zone at risk, and as Socialist candidate Francois Hollande won the French presidency.

S&P 500 futures were down 12.3 points at 1,350.20 at 7:35 p.m. EDT (2335 GMT), suggesting a fall of about 1 percent when the U.S. stock market opens on Monday.

Dow Jones industrial average futures fell 176 points, and Nasdaq 100 futures lost 28 points.

Results from Greece, with over 61 percent of the vote counted, showed the only two major parties supporting a European Union-International Monetary Fund program that keeps Greece from bankruptcy would struggle to form a lasting coalition.

Greece Rejects Austerity in Favor of Neo-Nazis

As the world watched Germany adopt Nazism based on extreme economic hardships prior to World War II, the world’s apathy and appeasement led to one of mankind’s darkest periods in history. What have we learned? Greece is following in their footsteps as an economic collapse tempered with Greek nationalism directed against immigrants and Germany’s blackmail will lead them to the same conclusion. This same conclusion can be argued for France as Socialism has now replaced fiscal responsibility. Will the United States follow in their footsteps also?

If we would make an honest assessment of our nation’s “leadership”, we must conclude that we have already followed in their footsteps. The only consideration that we must make is whether we will submit or resist. Strange that the Golden Dawn neo-nazi party is called radical in the following story. Our media and DHS has labelled patriots as radicals in the United States.

Civilized People Don’t Buy Gold

Early depiction of an uncivilized gold miner

Warren Buffett’s right-hand man doesn’t like gold any more than his boss does, Charles Munger told CNBC Friday on the eve of Berkshire Hathway’s annual meeting.

“Gold is a great thing to sew into your garments if you’re a Jewish family in Vienna in 1939,” the Berkshire vice chairman said, “but I think civilized people don’t buy gold, they invest in productive businesses.”

So why would Mr. Munger make such a statement? Here is the answer from Zerohedge.com:

While Charlie Munger has so far to comment on the 24K content of made in the basement tribalware, he and his partner have made quite a few other statements on items ranging far and wide, during the annual Berkshire Omaha convention, which year after year represents the annual pilgrimage for thousands to a crony capitalist Mecca, and which with the passage of time, has become increasingly more irrelevant. Why? Because with a $58 billion bet (on $37.8 billion in cash and equivalents) that asset prices will go higher, it is rather clear on what side of the ‘bail out’ argument, and its ‘all in’ fallback: central planning, Warren Buffett sits.
