The New York Stock Exchange lost 700 points (-6.03%) in September. Most people will only realize their loss when they receive their monthly retirement/brokerage statement. When the statements come next week, what will be the response?

The Teamsters Are Now Supporting “Occupy Wall Street”

The Teamsters’ Union is now supporting the Occupy Wall Street protest. This is the second labor union supporting this protest as the New York Transit Workers will be out on the street at 4:00 PM today (September 30, 2011) with their troops.

Strategically, this protest is working exactly as planned by Stephen Lerner. If the unions had led the initial protest, it would have failed. The useful idiots were sent out in the first wave to gain media attention and sympathy. Once the media started to follow the stories and the “celebrity” endorsements, the protest was transformed into a credible movement. Once the initial phase was completed, the second phase could be implemented which was always the main objective: a movement of the labor unions for “the people”.

It’s the Looters, Stupid

The Wall Street Journal has posted an article concerning the 2012 presidential elections that has more truth than the people want to hear. If the election is close, the Democrats win because they have the numbers. Although the 2010 census shifted some of the electoral college votes, there are just more looters than producers as Ayn Rand outlined in Atlas Shrugged.

With hands out and promises of redistribution, eighteen blue states will give Obama 90% of the electoral college votes needed to win. Looking at the map below also shows another mathematical corollary: the states with the worst economy are the states that will hand Obama another four years if the analysis is correct.

The life blood of the productive states is being drained by the blue states: an Obama victory will be the end of this country. That is making the assumption that we will have elections in 2012.

You can’t blame Democrat Governor Beverly Perdue for wanting to suspend elections. Not only do Dems stand to lose a few House seats in her state in 2012, but North Carolina voters are sure to wise up eventually and throw Bev out on her can. She shouldn’t worry about employment prospects though, not even in Obama’s economy. She can always get work as a stunt double for the lovely actress who played Bride of Chucky:

Labor Union Announces Support of Occupy Wall Street

In a previous article outlining the expansion of Occupy Wall Street to 52 cities across the country, I wrote:

I suspect the labor unions will join these protests within a few days which will lead to violent confrontations. 

The New York Transit Workers Union voted to join with the “protesters” representing 99% of the people on Friday (September 30, 2011) at 4:00 PM. This will be the third weekend for this protest and the rhetoric is ramping up. Whether the violence will start now or later, lack of media coverage will not stop what is now being called a movement.

Will The European Union Now Listen to the Truth?

The deputy prime minister of Greece has admitted that the new taxes needed to rescue Greece from bankruptcy within two weeks are not feasible. The European Central Bank will not give Greece any additional loans without implementing a fiscally responsible economic recovery plan. The people will not submit to any additional austerity measures as shown by the national strikes and riots that the media is reluctant to report.

This stalemate has been ongoing for over eighteen months but the endgame is now here. The volatility of the world’s stock markets are seen everyday but the country who cried wolf is now about to be thrown to the dogs. Once this is done, the markets will experience a correction as the dominos start to fall to an European contagion.

Wait – We Were Told That The Greek Crisis Was Solved

The announcement below from Eurozone lenders “hints” that they trust Greece but want to verify the Greek’s austerity plans before they give them aid. Translation: the Greek people will not get more welfare until they prove their resolve to act responsibly.

No surprise here since this has been the cycle for, well it seems like forever. The media and world leaders announce that the Greek crisis is resolved, world stock markets recover and then the deal collapses or is renegotiated. The only people making money in the stock market are the bookies:
