What Is Happening at the the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station: Ask Sen. Wyden

httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7f9mdgy0CPE

Senator Wyden visited the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station to assess the current situation and remediation efforts. His letter to the ambassador of Japan shows a cause for concern that should be understood by everyone. His recent visit may have been made as a result of the radioactive kelp found off the coast of California due to this event.

America Awakes To Sea Of European Red As Hopium Hangover Hits

If last week was Europe’s days of hope, even as the continent was again breaking, predicated by the utterly ridiculous such as a successful Bill auction, a weak Spanish Bond issue, somehow spun by the propaganda crew as good despite pricing at an utterly unsustainable interest rate, and various German confidence indicators which soared to multi-year highs, today is the bitter hangover. Where to start…

First we got French and German PMIs which were nothing short of abysmal: the France Services PMI fell to 46.4, or in fresh contraction territory from March’s 50.1, a 6-month low, even as the Manufacturing PMI remained virtually unchanged at 47.3 compared to 46.7 in March. All this of course adds insult to last night’s Hollade victory injury for capital markets which certainly are not happy with the forthcoming change. But if France was ugly, Germany was downright abysmal with the composite PMI back down to 50.9 from 51.6 in March, dragged down by the Manufacturing PMI which hit a 33-month low of 46.3 (from 48.4 in March)! But, but, the Ifo and Zew… The end result- Eurozone April Manufacturing PMI slumped to 46 vs 48.1 Est. while the Services PMI dropped to 47.9 vs 49.3 est, with the Employment Index sliding to 48.3 fro 49.2 in Marc – the lowest since Feb 2010. In short, the quadruple dip didn’t take long. But wait there’s more: Continue reading

Obama Makes Free Speech A Felony

httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7SGWH3kirzg

Although there was a little uproar concerning this legislation when approved, we must not let this stand. Progressives always start with a small opening and consider time to be on their side. 100 years later and we see the consequences of apathy and compromise.

Do You Have a Spare Room for a Terrorist?

Obama - BidenFriend —

Over the coming months, hundreds of field organizers and volunteers will join our campaign here in North Carolina to register voters and talk to our friends and neighbors about what’s at stake in this election.

These folks will need temporary places to stay — so let’s give them a warm North Carolina welcome.

If you have an extra bedroom or a foldout couch, would you be willing to host a supporter for a few days or a couple of weeks? If you don’t have the space right now, please forward this email to friends who might.

I know this is a big favor to ask, but as someone who has stayed with supporters before, I can tell you that it means a lot to the folks you host, and it will make a real difference as we build our grassroots organization here in North Carolina.

If you can, you should sign up today to host an organizer or volunteer. We’ll be in touch with you soon with the details:

Thank you, and stay tuned.

N.C. Man No Longer Faces death After Judge Invokes ‘Racial Justice Act’

A North Carolina judge set aside the death sentence of a convicted killer after concluding Friday that race played a role in the case, a landmark ruling that may call into question a number of death row cases in the state.

The ruling by Cumberland County Superior Court Judge Gregory Weeks, the first under the state’s controversial Racial Justice Act, means that 38-year-old Marcus Robinson now faces life in prison without the possibility of parole. Robinson, who is black, was convicted of first-degree murder in 1994.

At the center of the judge’s ruling is a finding that prosecutors across the state participated in the practice of excluding potential black jurors.

“Robinson introduced a wealth of evidence showing the persistent, pervasive and distorting role of race in jury selection throughout North Carolina,” Weeks wrote in his ruling.

Bank of America Reportedly Drops Gun Company for Political Reasons

Bank of New York Mellon - Derivative Exposure

Bank of America has a derivative exposure of $50.135 Trillion dollars

The columns above are $100 bills representing $50.135 Trillion

See additional comments on Tea Party Nation.

BofA is sticking the tax-payers with a MASSIVE bill, by moving derivatives to accounts insured by the federal government for a total of $53.7 trillion as of 06/2011. During 2011-12 BofA has been in need of cash, so Warren Buffett gave BofA $5 billion. Same year BofA sold its stake in China Construction Bank to raise $1.8 billion in cash.

Bank of America paid $22 million to settle charges of improperly foreclosing on active-duty troops BofA recruited 3 cyber attack firms to attack WikiLeaks but the Anonymous hacker group hacked the security firms first.
BofA was sued for $31 billion in home-loan losses in 2011, the bank is involved in many lawsuits, too many to document. BofA also received a SECRET $1.344 trillion dollar bailout from the Federal Reserve.

Bank of America  “has severed relations with an American company because of a reported bias against their industry” which is the manufacture of firearms. Whether Bank of America is under the control of the government, is controlling the government or is a combination (Fascism) of the first two options, we know that they understand that the 2nd amendment is one protection that is standing in their way. Based on the lack of available inventory of ammunition and firearms, it appears that the people share this understanding.

Enviro-fascism: What they really want is your mind, and your vote

httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JfnddMpzPsM

This commercial aired in the UK almost 2 years ago…it ran for a number of weeks before being pulled.  This speaks very clearly to the dangerous, destructive attitude at the heart of radical environmentalism.  These radicals are calling for the killing of “deniers”, the burning of their homes, the confiscation of their property “to compensate all the people they have hurt”, and for the “suspension of Democracy” so that “a few smart men” can make important decissions and thus “save the planet”.

Guns aren’t even the issue, the issue is control

If The Darkness Descends

Here’s the problem as I see it, whenever I attempt to communicate some ideas to the readers of this blog, I run into a problem. It is not that Romney supports guns and Obama wants to take them away, it is that every politician wants to take them away, either from an ideological police state mentality, or from a law and order, “make it safer for our guys, the government guys”, point of view.

Does it Matter?

The fact is, I don’t care if Obama wants to take our guns because he is a fascist, collectivist or whether Romney wants to take them away because he wants to be able to control society to a greater degree and give his government co-horts an upper hand in any conflict.

Guns aren’t even the issue, the issue is control. I don’t give a dang who has a gun, issue them to felons when they come out of prison if you want to. If they want one, they’ll get it and use it to do whatever they want. Issue them to school children, what difference does it make? Those who will use them will get them and use them. Trying to stop it by taking the guns away from those who could stop it is insanity. One has to believe in the goodness of the people to understand my point. There are one hundred times more good people who would stop that insanity with guns as there are people who would do bad things with them.

ANN BARNHARDT: UM, YEAH. I’VE BEEN SAYING THIS FOR 6 MONTHS

(Ripping off the Ace Flaming Skull thingy.)

From Barnhardt.biz:

Jon Corzine IS one of Obama’s top bundlers. Present tense. IS. Not “was.” IS. This has been known for the last six months. I’ve been saying this all along. HE NEVER STOPPED BUNDLING.

CITATION HERE.

The Obama “campaign”, which is really just a money laundering racket, released its first quarter of 2012 data today and Jon Corzine is confirmed to have bundled IN EXCESS of $500,000 for Obama in Q1 2012.

Do you people understand why it is that I rant and rave and jump up and down, wave my arms and use potty-mouth language? Do you understand why I say that the Rule of Law is dead and that this Republic NO LONGER EXISTS? I’m just trying to tell you THAT YOUR CIVILIZATION IS GOING DOWN THE SHITTER RIGHT NOW, SO YOU MIGHT WANT TO WAKE UP, PAY ATTENTION, AND DO SOMETHING TO KEEP FROM GETTING DRAGGED INTO THE SEWER WITH IT.

Van Jones: We have to re-elect Obama to ‘stop the tea party’

“You’ve got to build an independent progressive movement that can both help to re-elect the president, but it also can re-energize the movement because we’re going to have to be able to both have somebody in the White House — who will listen to the people and who can be moved by the people — but we also have to have a movement to do the moving. And the last time we came out of the voting booth cheering; this time we’ve to come out of the voting booth marching. I mean, we’ve got to be very clear. We’ve got to pivot right into another big fight.”

Drone Use Takes Off on the Home Front

DRONE_SUB

With little public attention, dozens of universities and law-enforcement agencies have been given approval by federal aviation regulators to use unmanned aircraft known as drones, according to documents obtained via Freedom of Information Act requests by an advocacy group.

The more than 50 institutions that received approvals to operate remotely piloted aircraft are more varied than many outsiders and privacy experts previously knew. They include not only agencies such as the Department of Homeland Security but also smaller ones such as the police departments in North Little Rock, Ark., and Ogden, Utah, as well the University of North Dakota and Nicholls State University in Louisiana.

The information, released by the Electronic Frontier Foundation, came to light as the Federal Aviation Administration gears up to advance the widespread use of the drones. By the fall of 2015, Congress wants the agency to integrate remotely piloted aircraft throughout U.S. airspace.

Although the documents don’t indicate how the aircraft will be used, the disclosures likely will fuel privacy concerns involving drones.

On Thursday, Democratic Rep. Edward Markey of Massachusetts and Republican Rep. Joe Barton of Texas asked the acting administrator of the FAA to answer questions about the privacy implications of increased drone use.
