Judge Malihi Rules that Obama Is Eligible to Be on Georgia’s Ballot

Judge Malihi ruled against the plaintiffs concerning the president’s eligibility to be on Georgia’s ballot in the November election. He disregarded the evidence presented on the forged birth certificate based on the lack of credibility of “expert” witnesses in his opinion.

The “rule of law” is the “rule of men” in Georgia’s courts.

Twenty Issues for the European Union – And Ben Bernanke

Here are twenty articles that deal with the collapse of the European Union. I wish Ben Bernanke would have addressed these issues better in his Congressional testimony on February 2, 2012. I have a question for Ben: what happens to the United States’ banking sector when the upcoming “event” triggers payouts from the ISDA?

Another Perspective of Today’s Government Propaganda Report

httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bCA8tR99ORA#!

No one likes to be patronized. Or lied to. Or deliberately misled. So why is the Bureau of Labor Statistics publishing false data concerning unemployment? And then there is the remarkable stock market increase today (February 3, 2012) of 157 points on this data. Even more remarkable is the low volume of trading: if demand is down, why would any product’s price increase?

According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, US Unemployment is 9.04%

The first two columns below are from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS). I added the last column to account for the 1.2 million people whom the government considers to have “fell out of the labor force”.

Category Jan. 2012 Jan. 2012 with 1.2 million not deducted
Employment status
Civilian noninstitutional population 242,269,000
Civilian labor force 154,395,000 154,395,000
Participation rate 63.70%
Employed 141,637,000
Employment-population ratio 58.50%
Unemployed 12,758,000 13,958,000
Unemployment rate 8.30% 9.04%
Not in labor force 87,874,000

If the government manipulates the figure used for the “Unemployed” in the Civilian labor force each month, they can make the official unemployment rate anything that the American people will believe with the help of the media.

This chart from Zerohedge.com shows the manipulation of the labor force participation rate under the Obama administration.  Continue reading

The Big Lie: Do We Believe Anything the Government and Media Tell Us?

We get the government we deserve. The good news today is:

Unemployment Drops to 8.3%; Payrolls in U.S. Jump 243,000

As I write this, the NYSE futures are up 109 points. The mainstream news outlets are currently trumpeting this surprising drop in unemployment. Zerohedge.com brings us down to earth.

Pro-Palestinian Activists, Occupy Oakland and Incompetent Local Government

Occupy Oakland demonstrators shield themselves during a confrontation with the police in Oakland (Reuters / Stephen Lam)

According to the book “Megatrends”, California is a bellwether state for the entire country. If this is still true, the events in Oakland foreshadow the successful implementation of the Cloward-Piven strategy for the United States. The Occupy Oakland movement is no longer content to represent the “99%” here: they are now “overwhelmingly” supporting an Israeli boycott.

Let’s stop and think about this. Who is supporting and financing this “movement”? The Democrat leadership in Washington supports them. Here is California’s Nancy Pelosi asking God to bless them:

Why Are the Democrats Going to Ground?

Heath Shuler joined the ever increasing ranks of Democrats going to ground by not seeking re-election. I can understand Beverly Perdue, Joe Hackney and Brad Miller capitulating since their records have not warranted even their current political offices. Erskine Bowles’ decision to not run for governor is also an anomaly since he has the best chance of beating the GOP elite’s Pat McCrory.

But Heath Shuler abandoning ship when he has $314,282 cash on hand for the 2012 election already makes no sense:

Cycle Fundraising, 2011 – 2012, Campaign Cmte

Raised:  $558,992  Sparklines Explanation coming soon
Spent:  $322,691
Cash on Hand:  $314,282
Debts:  $0
Last Report: Saturday, December 31, 2011

It is possible that Rep. Shuler wants to spend more time with his family. My best guess is that he wants to get out of Washington, DC before the SHTF.

Ben Bernanke: Who’s Lying Now?

httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oCk6mSiTSA8

Ben Bernanke does not know that the United States share of the IMF is 17.70%? Although he was correct when he said the Tim Geithner is the US governor to the IMF, he neglected to mention that he is the alternate governor. However, his response that the US is giving tens of billions to the IMF is an outright lie since he knows the amount is in the hundreds of billions as documented in a previous article.

Rep. Price should have pressed Ben on the Fed FX swaps since that number is now over $700 billion in only the past two months. Maybe that is also only “tens” of billions. Continue reading

Ben Bernanke – Health Care Costs Are the Elephant in the Room

httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h6bvgS0fADo

Ben Bernanke testified today (February 2, 2012) in Congressional hearings concerning the 2012 economic impact. He made it perfectly clear that eliminating 100% of discretionary spending will still not balance the budget. He cited the Congressional Budget Office’s numbers and most damning of all, he testified that health care legislation will certainly bankrupt the country.

Iran and Hezbollah Working with Mexican Drug Cartels to Smuggle Nuclear Materials into the US

Cruise missiles [illustrative]

Israel is reporting on an Iranian long-range missile program that would be capable of reaching the United States. A separate report from their Intelligence chief says Iran can make nuclear bomb within a year. This missile program underwent a setback in December when an explosion occurred at the facility but no estimates were presented on when this missile will be mass produced. With Ahmadinejad’s request yesterday for a 127% increase in Iran’s defense budget, I don’t believe they are funding internal border security. However, they may need part of this increase to build a new line of drones.

The following excerpt may be the most important part of the article since Iran now has enriched uranium to the key 20% level:

Israel’s Strategic Affairs Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Ya’alon also said that Iran and Hezbollah were working with drug cartels in Mexico to learn how to smuggle materials into the US, a conduit that could one day be used to smuggle weapons into the country.

Rick Perry gave a warning to us in November: Continue reading

Mitt Romney’s fraudulent attacks on Newt Gingrich – Thomas Sowell

The Florida Smear Campaign

The Republican establishment is pulling out all the stops to try to keep Newt Gingrich from becoming the party’s nominee for president of the United States — and some are not letting the facts get in their way.
Among the claims going out through the mass media in Florida, on the eve of that state’s primary election, is that Newt Gingrich “resigned in disgrace” as speaker of the House of Representatives as a result of unethical conduct involving the diversion of tax-exempt money. Mitt Romney is calling on Gingrich to release “all of the records” from the congressional investigation.

But the Wall Street Journal of January 28, 2012, reported that these records — 1,280 pages of them — are already publicly available online. Although Speaker Gingrich decided not to take on the task of fighting the charge from his political enemies in 1997, the Internal Revenue Service conducted its own investigation which, two years later, exonerated Gingrich from the charges. His resignation was not due to those charges and occurred much later.

Do the Romney camp and the Republican establishment not know this, a dozen years later? Or are they far less concerned with whether the charges will stand up than they are about smearing Gingrich on the eve of the Florida primaries?

Goldman Sachs Fears Massive European Bank Run

“It’s only after we’ve lost everything that we’re free to do anything.”
― Chuck Palahniuk, Fight Club

Goldman Sachs is concerned about a massive bank run across Europe, and is taking on very little risk as a result, according to a Bank of America Merrill research report published Tuesday.

“While the noise from Europe has abated over the past couple of months, the potential for negative outcomes continues to generate worry, and risk aversion,” writes veteran banking analyst Guy Moszkowski in the report. “Goldman in particular continues to emphasize that politics is currently a much bigger driver of market action than either micro- or macro-economics, and that, lacking any “edge” as to what politicians might say at any given time, the firm generally feels that it needs to stay pretty close to home, from a risk perspective.”

“While we celebrate this victory, we must not forget what this election is really about: defeating Barack Obama.”

Obama - Biden
Friend —

Here’s what Mitt Romney said after he won the Florida Republican primary last night:

“While we celebrate this victory, we must not forget what this election is really about …”

… What do you think he said? Not getting the economy moving. Not keeping America safe. Not improving people’s lives.

“While we celebrate this victory, we must not forget what this election is really about: defeating Barack Obama.”

Then he launched a “One-Term Fund” drive to get his backers to contribute $1 million to make Barack Obama a one-term president.

That’s not how it’s going to be. So I just had the team create a “Two-Term Fund” page on BarackObama.com that’s going to track our progress to a $2 million goal. Most importantly, we’re going to show the number of people giving to make it happen.

Perdue’s Default = The General Assembly’s Shame

I wrote an article on January 17th detailing the consequences to North Carolina’s business owners and corporations due to Governor Perdue’s default on payments to the federal government for unemployment benefits. I sent a link to this article to every North Carolina  representative and senator in the General Assembly for their reaction.

The video below represents 100% of their responses:  Continue reading
